Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangxue Zhichan Decoction In The Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Objective: This topic aims to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxue Zhichan Decoction in treating Parkinson's disease(PD)with deficiency of both qi and blood.Methods: 60 PD patients(34 in-patients and 26 out-patients)who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient department and outpatient department of the Encephalopathy Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects in this subject.According to the random number table method,the numbered inclusion subjects were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.After entering the clinical trial,the original patients with hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipemia maintained the basic treatment of western medicine,while the control group was treated with dopaminergic tablets at a daily dosage of 125mg-1500mg3-4 times a day.After stabilizing the dosage before entering the group,the dosage remained unchanged during the trial.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangxue Zhichan Decoction on the basis of the treatment method of the control group for 4 weeks.After the course of treatment is completed,by comparing the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integration(TCMSI),the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)and 39 items of parkinson's disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)to analyze its effectiveness and safety.Results: 1.Changes of UPDRS scores before and after treatment:after treatment,the scores of UPDRS I,II and III and total scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The UPDRS scores and total scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.PDQ-39 score changes before and after treatment:The PDQ-39 scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group.There was a statistical different significance(P<0.05).3.Changes in TCM symptom scores before and after treatment:The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were improved in different degrees(P<0.01),and the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 76.67%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: This study shows that the use of Yiqi Yangxue Zhichan Decoction to treat PD patients with deficiency of qi and blood can significantly improve the patient's UPDRS,PDQ-39 and TCM symptom score,and improve The patient's motor and non-motor symptoms,improve the patient's quality of life,the clinical effect is affirmative,and the safety is quite good.
