Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Wenyang Zhichan Decoction On Parkinson's Disease With Deficiency Of Kidney Yang

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Wenyang zhizhan Decoction on Parkinson's disease with deficiency of kidney yang.Methods:From March 2019 to December 2019,60 patients with Parkinson's disease of kidney yang deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.After the two groups of patients entered the clinical trial,the original treatment drugs for basic diseases remained unchanged.After the two groups entered the clinical trial,the treatment drug of the original basic diseases remained unchanged.The control group was given dobosazide tablets orally,the daily dosage was125-1250mg/D,three times/D,and the dosage was stable before entering the group.During the trial,the dosage remained unchanged.the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,was added with Wenyang anti tremor formula,which was a machine-made Decoction free granule preparation,one dose per day,200 ml boiling water,two times in the morning and two times in the evening,half an hour after the meal,the two groups were given a course of treatment of 2 months;At the end of the treatment course,the clinical effect was evaluated,and the mental,behavioral and emotional(updrsi),ability of daily living(updrsii),motor function(updrsiii)and the total scores of three scales,TCM syndrome score,Parkinson's disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)were compared before and after the treatment.The collected data were classified and sorted,analyzed by statistical software,and then comprehensively and objectively Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Wenyang zhizhan Decoction on Parkinson's disease with deficiency of kidney yang.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: at the end of the course of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were relieved to varying degrees.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.30% higher than that of the control group(84.61%).The analysis of nonparametric rank sum test showed statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome: after 8 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome in both groups has been effectively improved.By nonparametric rank sum test analysis,the total effective rate of the treatment group was88.46% higher than that of the control group(73.07%)(P < 0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score comparison: compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly lower,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.01).(4)Updrsi score comparison: compared with before treatment,updrsi score in the control group did not change significantly(P > 0.05);updrsi score in the treatment group decreased significantly(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison of updrsii,updrsiii and total UPDRS scores: compared with before treatment,updrsii,updrsiii scores and total UPDRS scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P < 0.05),and the decline of each scale score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(6)PDQ-39 score comparison: compared with before treatment,PDQ-39 score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions:Wenyang zhizhan formula combined with dopahydrazine can significantly improve the physical and mental health of patients with Parkinson's disease,improve their sports function and quality of life,and the curative effect is significantly better than western medicine alone.
