Observation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Yiqi Yangxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Asthenopia From "Seeing Blood And Seeing"

Purpose: From the theory of "seeing the blood and seeing",explore the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency asthenopia,provide new treatment methods and ideas for the treatment of visual fatigue,and provide a basis for clinical promotion.Method: This subject will study 72 patients diagnosed as having qi and blood deficiency type asthenopia at the Ophthalmology Clinic from January 2017 to January 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A randomized controlled method,36 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops),36 cases in the control group(with Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops),the above two groups are 14 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 3 courses.Comparison of treatment options,statistical analysis of changes in parameter indicators and correlation of efficacy.Result: First,The age,sex and symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were compared between groups before treatment,P?0.05,It shows that there is no difference between the two groups before treatment,and the next experiment can be performed.Second,After 3 courses of treatment,the two groups showed a significant improvement in the duration of vision and the comparison of each observation index with the treatment before treatment,indicating that both treatments had an effect on the treatment of visual fatigue(the deficiency of qi and blood).Third,Total effective rate in the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was 91.67%,the control group was 77.78%,Z = 1.978,P = 0.048,P < 0.05,through efficient and symptom integral is concluded that the treatment group is better than that of control group,the effect is obvious.Conclusion: From the theory of "seeing the blood and seeing",Yiqi Yangxue Decoction has obvious curative effect on visual fatigue,it has advantages and easy for patients to accept.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
