Purpose:This article retrieves the Chinese and Western medical literature related to uterine bleeding caused by uterine bleeding and ovulatory dysfunction.Collect and organize the medical records of Zhang Xiaodong's instructor to treat the disease,explore,research,summarize the instructor's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the diagnosis and treatment ideas and the prescriptions of the patients,and observe the tutor's self-made prescription "Yiqi Guchong Decoction" treatment Clinical efficacy of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Provides a scalable experience for the treatment of this disease.Methods:1.Through the teacher to learn to collect the instructor's outpatient medical records for uterine bleeding;2.Organize,study,summarize,and analyze through the collected outpatient medical records;3.By searching and collecting the Chinese and Western medical literature related to the disease and the disease,it is a better summary of the syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas of the instructor to treat the disease and the law of the medication used by the deportation.4.Sixty patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the outpatient department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.In the experimental group,Divided into 30 groups in the experimental group,Yiqi Guchong Decoction,dydrogesterone treatment and 30 cases in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone.The hemostatic effects of the two groups and the improvement of TCM syndrome were observed and scored.The data were processed by sspss21.0,and the two groups of data were compared to draw conclusions.Results:1.Zhang Xiaodong's tutor believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is mainly spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis.The deficiency of spleen and kidney gas weakens the ability of solid fixation of blood,and the blood easily overflows the vein;The driving effect of the gas is reduced,and the blood runs slowly or stagnates to produce blood stasis.The blood stasis produced in the body can affect the operation of the air machine,and can affect the operation and production of the blood,eventually aggravating blood stasis,causing blood stasis,and causing qi deficiency and blood loss in a long time.Qi is unable to command the blood,the newborn blood is also blocked by blood stasis,and eventually the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood loss will develop,and it will become a serious disease of uterine bleeding.The formation of blood stasis is not only the pathogenic factor of disease development process,but also the pathological product of disease occurrence.There is a causal relationship between qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the final development is the syndrome of virtual standard.Instructors in the clinical treatment of patients with bleeding during the bleeding period often use their own "Yiqi Gu Chong Tang" addition and subtraction treatment,Yiqi solid rush,phlegm and blood stasis,both the symptoms and the treatment,Fuzheng and sputum combination,to achieve blood and blood.After the blood is stopped,the "Yiqi Shengxue Decoction" is first used to nourish the blood,and then according to the different age stages and physical factors of the patient,the kidney is spleen and liver,the aftercare is adjusted,the blood is self-regulated,and the cure is complete.The clinical effect is remarkable.2.Clinical trial results:(1)There was no significant difference in age,bleeding days,course of disease and disease between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the hemostasis between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)In the experimental group and the control group,the symptoms of TCM were improved in terms of complexion,fatigue,facial swelling of the limbs,soreness of the lumbar spine,poor appetite,and loose stools.The data of the two groups were compared at 1,2,and 3months,statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Zhang Xiaodong's instructor combined the theory and experience to treat qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,focusing on the relationship between qi deficiency and blood stasis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and achieved satisfactory clinical results.And clinical treatment of this disease has guidance and promotion significance.
