Clinical Observe The Effects Of Using Yiqi Huoxuetongluo Decoction To Treat Stage3 And 4 Chronic Kidney Disease Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome On Serum PTX3、LP(a)、hs-CRP

Objective By observing the changes of serum PTX3、Lp(a)、hs-CRP in stage 3 and 4chronic kidney disease patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and the influence of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction to the indexes above.To explore the intervention effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on microinflammatory state in CKD3-4 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,thereby to prevent and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods 62 patients of stage 3 and 4 chronic kidney disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are randomly divided into treatment group 31 cases and control group 31 cases, and normal control group 20 cases.The treatment group and the control group will be changed in diet and lifestyle, quitting smoking, proper exercise, hypertension controlling,correcting the disorder of lipid metabolism,anemia and calcium,etc.The treatment group will be given Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction once a day on the basis of control group,and the medicine will be boiled twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening(200ml each time).Neither of the two groups will be takn any medicine that effects renal function.The treatment will be lasted eight weeks.Blood samples will be stored before and after the treatment to detect serum PTX3、Lp(a)、hs-CRP.To evaluate changes of syndrome integral of TCM as well.Serum PTX3、Lp(a)、hs-CRP of the normal control group will be measured.Results The total effective rate of clinical effect in the treatment group was87.10%, better than that of the control group 64.52%(P<0.01). The total efficiency rate of Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was 87.09%, which was significantly higher than the control group’s 61.29%(P<0.01).The levels of serum PTX3、Lp(a)、CRP in CKD3-4 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.01).Serum Lp(a)、PTX3 、 CRP were significantly reduced after the treatment in both of the two groups,while the decrease of treatment group was much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microinflammatory state could be observed in stage 3 and 4 chronic kidney disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by the elevated levels of serum PTX3、Lp(a)、hs-CRP. Clinical symptoms,renal function can be well treated in patients who taken Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction,while the curative effect can also be improved.Microinflammatory state could be ameliorated by effected the levels of serum PTX3、Lp(a)、hs-CRP.
