Clinical Research Of Yiqi Yangxue Anshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi-blood Deficiency Type Of Ventricular Premature Beat

Object: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangxue Anshen decoction for qi-blood deficiency Type of ventricular premature,and to evaluate its safety,intended for clinical treatment of ventricular premature provide experience and reference.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to collect inpatient medical cases, 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 cases. Generally the two groups were not statistically different. The control group using western amiodarone treatment, the experimental group in amiodarone treatment based on Yiqi Yangxue Anshen decoction.Results: After treatment, the comparison of TCM symptoms alone, Total therapeutic effect of TCM, TCM clinical symptom total score, TCM symptom severity control, The number of episodes of premature ventricular contractions test group,Holter test group in terms of efficiency, the experimental group is better than the control group(P <0.05);No significant changes in the liver and kidney function before and after treatment safety indicators(P> 0.05).Conclusion: This research and statistical analysis which is tested by the clinical practical tomifying qi-blood sedative side of qi-blood deficiency type of ventricular premature beat has good curative effect, and high safety, less side effects, has an important clinical significance for the treatment of ventricular premature beat.
