| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of cholestatic pruritus by Moxibustion of Zhuang medicine line and lotus needle cupping and removing blood stasis,in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of Zhuang medicine external treatment.Methods: The patients were collected from the inpatient department of the second district of liver disease,the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and 60 patients with pruritus of cholestatic liver disease who met the criteria included in the research were divided into three groups according to the random number table method,20 cases in each group.A group: western medicine basic liver disease treatment and Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion;B group: western medicine basic liver disease treatment and Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion combined with lotus needle cupping and removing blood stasis;C group:western medicine basic liver disease treatment and calamine.The observation time was 2 courses of treatment for 14 days.The blood biochemical ALP??-GGT ? TBIL indexes of patients in each group before and after treatment were collected,and the data were VAS,such as itching degree score,improved 12-PSS pruritus score and so on,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results: After two courses of treatment,the three groups of patients were compared on the liver function index: when compared in the three groups,the liver function index ALP?GGT?TBIL?TBA index values were all lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);when compared between the groups,there was no significant difference in liver function among the three groups(P>0.05).The grade of VAS itching and the grade of 12-PSS itching after treatment were compared: the scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).line point moxibustion group,calamine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the curative effect of pruritus in three groups: the total effective rate of Zhuang medical line point moxibustion group was 85%,the total effective rate of Zhuang medical line point moxibustion combined with lotus needle cupping and removing blood stasis group was 90%,and the total effective rate of calamine stone group was 70%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion combined with lotus needle cupping and removing blood stasis group was better than Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion group and calamine group in improving the quality of life of patients.(2)All three different interventions can improve the liver function index,but the difference is not obvious.(3)Safe during treatment,no obvious adverse reactions,Zhuang external treatment is a safe and effective treatment.The external treatment of Zhuang medicine enriches the effective treatment of this disease and expands the application of ethnic medicine in this disease. |
