Clinical Observation Of Tiaoyuan Yiqi Method In Treating Vertigo Due To Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaoyuan Yiqi method on vertigo caused by deficiency of qi and blood.The purpose is to study the mechanism of Tiaoyuan Yiqi method on vertigo caused by deficiency of qi and blood,and provide a clinical basis for the treatment of vertigo caused by deficiency of qi and blood.Methods:Sixty patients with vertigo of qi and blood deficiency that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a western medicine control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group chose the method of regulating the body and benefiting qi,and the control group was treated with western medicine.The patients in the treatment group received 6 consecutive acupuncture sessions,once a day,and then took the next course of treatment after a day of rest.7 days was a course of treatment.The patients in the control group were given orally 10 mg of Sibiling once a day for 7 days as a course of treatment.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 weeks.After three courses of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender,course,age,weight,symptoms and signs before treatment(P> 0.05),and they were comparable.2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups are significantly different(P <0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and thecontrol group were 86.67% and 70%,respectively,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).4.Both treatment methods can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of vertigo of qi and blood deficiency,but the overall efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and the difference is significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Tiaoyuan Yiqi method is effective in treating vertigo caused by deficiency of qi and blood.2.Tiaoyuanyiqi method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo of qi and blood deficiency type,and the effect is better than the control group.3.The effect of Tiaoyuanyiqi method in treating vertigo caused by deficiency of qi and blood is better than the control group in terms of total effective rate.4.Tiaoyuanyiqi method is used to treat vertigo caused by deficiency of qi and blood.It has definite curative effect,high safety,and easy operation.
