The Study On Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqi-Huayu Method And Combined Internal And External Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) To The Disease Of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

ObjectiveThis study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi-Huayu method and combined Internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)to the disease of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo(Qi deficiency and blood stasis).This study confirmed,which were found in the early stage,with the Self ointment traditional Chinese medicine cream(number of spots 0)acupoint sticking therapy of carotid plaque safe and effective basis,with Qi deficiency and blood stasis as the basic syndrome type in TCM,under the guidance of the idea of "Internal treatment assisted by external treatment",and takc the Yiqi-Huayu method,combined internal and external treatment(method 1),which took the application of internal.treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine,based on syndrome differentiation,with self-made Oral dizziness decoction,accompanied by self ointment traditional Chinese medicine cream(number of spots 0)acupoint sticking(method 1),to treat the disease of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo(Qi deficiency and blood stasis),compared with treatment of posterior circulation ischemia by the method of Western medicine basis treatment,accompanied by placebo topical treatment(method 2),evaluation the clinical efficacy and safety of the Yiqi-Huayu method combined with Internal and external treatment of TCM,internal and external synergies TCM governance effect-added,exploring an more efficient solution for Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo,providing information for the clinical diagnosis of syndromes specification of corresponding medical treatment,and to explore a more reasonable and effective treatment,facilitate the promotion and application of clinical characteristics TCM,thereby further improving the life quality of the patients.MethodsThis study selected 60 cases in encephalopathy center of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of Qingyuan City from June,2013 to June,2014,accorded with Circulation Ischemia Vertigo Patients(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),using a randomized,controlled study.50 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Treatment group was treated by Yiqi-Huayu method with self-made Oral dizziness decoction,accompanied by self ointment traditional Chinese medicine cream,the control group was treated with Western medicine basis treatment,accompanied by placebo topical treatment(method 2).Both groups treated for 2 weeks,selecting before and after the treatment as evaluation points.The two groups had been observed before and after the treatment,and took those like TCM syndrome integral,the Vm value and PI value,which got from TCD detection of bilateral vertebral artery,the Vm value and PI value of the basilar artery improvement rate,and safety indicators of patient observation,such as blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram to adverse reaction during the treatment monitoring,to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of combined internal and external treatment of TCM.The above data were col lected,processed by SPSS16.0 software and get some analysis results.ResultsIn both groups of patients randomly assigned,after a period of 14 days of treatment,analysis results showed that the TCM combined treatment get better results in improving the circulation after ischemia vertigo,especialliy related to clinical symptoms in patients with the performance of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and proved that the idea and practice of "Internal treatment assisted by external treatment "with diverse treatment is an more effective,and a rapid onset method in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,or the circulation ischemia vertigo.We should promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical characteristics in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.1.Two groups of patients before and after therapy comparison:in the treatment group the total efficiency rate was 93%;control group the total efficiency rate was 70%.Two groups using the rank sum test to compare level data analysis were significantly different(P<0.05),the treatment group showed a better results than the control group.2.In terms of TCM clinical symptoms,symptom scores of both group get an obvious grade-down,while the treatment group had better scores than the control group in dizziness,headache,tinnitus,insomnia and other symptoms,etc,a significant difference showed(P<0.05).3.Two groups of patients before and after treatment,considering the bilateral vertebral artery TCD detector and PI values Vm value,the value of the basilar artery Vm and PI values,were all improved by t-test and chi-square test(P<0.05),and the results told that the treatment group make more sense in improving indicators relative to the control group.4.The two groups of patients in terms of treatment safety assessment,both programs were safe and feasible,no statistically significant exists.ConclusionThe signs and symptoms of Posterior circulation ischemia are varied,due to this characteristic led to its complexity treatment.Therapy for PCI had draw so many attentions,but have considerable challenge.With respect to the treatment of ischemic stroke treatment,according to the anatomy of the posterior circulation concept,lead more difficulties of their treatment.At present,the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia main consideration is the disease causes,and the severity of the disease and related sites to assess treatment options.For the latter,although more and more people realize the cycle of research and its importance,but still lack correlation between specific cycle after ischemia,and a relatively small number of patients studied,the current treatment of the basic similarity of PCI,no anti-platelet aggregation,protect the brain tissue and restore nerve function.In this study,under the guidance of the idea of "Internal treatment assisted by external treatment ",and take the Yiqi-Huayu method,plus an internal treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine,based on syndrome differentiation,make a good sense and get an effective treatment in treating the disease of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo,and proved that the idea and practice of "Internal treatment assisted by external treatment " with diverse treatment is an more effective,and a rapid onset method in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,or the circulation ischemia vertigo.Wo should promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical characteristics in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
