Clinical Observation To Yiqi Huoxue Method With Astragalus Hoangtchy Soup Used In The Patients Of AECOPD And Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Aim: 1.At the basis of Chinese Medicine, observing the clinical effectiveness of Astragalus hoangtchy soup's effectiveness on the patients with AECOPD and Qi Dificiency and blood stasis. 2. Discussing the effect mechanism of Yiqihuoxue on the patients with AECOPD and Qi Dificiency and blood stasis; providing the new clinical foundation of treating AECOPD by Chinese Medicine.Method: Choose 60 patients with AECOPD and Qi Dificiency and blood stasis. Divide them into 2 groups which is 30 patients each group. Treat both two groups with oxygen treatment under control, anti-infection, facilitating expectoration, relieving dyspnea and spasm by western medicine. The observing group is in regular treatment by western medicine, and drink the Astragalus hoangtchy soup for a course of treatment which lasts for 14 days, 200m/l,2 times one day. Observe the patients'change after the course of treatment of their symptom and body character, Chinese Medicine symptom and character, blood, The proportion of neutrophils,CRP, blood and QI analysis, lung function and other related index.Result: According to the two groups'treatment effectiveness analysis, the general effectiveness of the observing group is 92.86%, and the comparative group is 66.67%. The comparison between two groups'general effectiveness is distinct (p<0.05).There is statistic meaning in this experiment. It shows that treatment effectiveness of the observing group is better than the comparative group. According to the Chinese Medicine symptom integral, it shows that the treatment by Astragalus hoangtchy soup is effective to improve the AECOPD and QI deficiency and blood stasis, which manifest the symptom of cough, spitting, shortness of breath, fatigue, sweat spontaneously, fear of wind, Abdominal distension, dark purple lip tongue, Pulmonary rales. There has no clear effectiveness to chest tightness and chock with resentment. After the treatment of two groups, the general number of WBC and percentage of neutrophils reduce clearly (p<0.05). No distinct differences between two groups after the treatment (p>0.05).After the treatment, PO2 increase clearly, PCO2 decrease distinctly (p<0.05); PO2 and PCO2 has distinctly differences after treatment (p<0.05).There is distinct improvement to the two groups'lung function, No distinct differences between two groups after the treatment (p>0.05).Conclusion: The Yiqi Huoxue method with Astragalus hoangtchy soup can relieve the clinical symptom of AECOPD and QI deficiency and blood stasis; improve the lung function of breath, blood and QI analysis. The clinical effectiveness is distinct, and no bad reaction. It provides the clinical foundation to the AECOPD and QI deficiency and blood stasis, and provides new treatment to the AECOPD.
