Clinical Observation Of Wei's Cervical Vertebra Adjusting Manipulation Combined With Kinesio Taping On Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Wei's vertebra adjusting manipulation combined with Kinesio Taping effect adhesive in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,to explore a new way of treatment of cervical spondylosis,in order to provide a new method and direction for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.To create an efficient and convenient treatment plan for cervical spondylosis and improve the clinical effect.Methods:This research adopts the clinical randomized controlled trials,50 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The combined control group was observed with 25 cases in each group.In the observation group,Wei's vertebra adjusting manipulation combined with Kinesio Taping was used for intervention,while in the control group,single Wei's vertebra adjusting manipulation was used for intervention.The two groups were treated once every two days,one week as a course of treatment.In the Kinesio Taping group,the patients were treated with Wei's vertebra adjusting manipulation and then treated with Kinesio Taping sticking for 24 hours.After the time of sticking,the patients were relieved by themselves.All subjects were assessed by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Visual Analogue Scale(NDI)and overall clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results:1.VAS score: compared within the treatment group,there was a significant difference in VAS score before and after treatment(P = 0.000).VAS scores before and after treatment were significantly different in the control group(P = 0.000).VAS scores were significantly different after treatment between the two groups(P = 0.014).2.NDI score: there was a significant difference in NDI score before and after treatment among the treatment groups(P = 0.000).The NDI scores before and after treatment were significantly different in the control group(P = 0.000).After treatment,there was a significant difference in NDI score between the two groups(P = 0.005).3.Clinical efficacy: both groups showed improvement in clinical symptoms,with the total effective rate of 96% in the treatment group and 76% in the control group,and the total effective rate of the two groups was significant(P= 0.042).Conclusion:The combination of Wei's vertebra adjusting manipulation combined with Kinesio Taping and Wei's vertebra adjusting manipulation alone have significant effects on the improvement of pain and cervical dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylosis.However,the treatment of Wei's vertebra adjusting manipulation combined with Kinesio Taping therapy has more excellent effect.At the same time,Kinesio Taping therapy is convenient and time-saving,easy to accept by patients,and can play a continuous treatment at home and work after patients leave hospital.It can not only promote the recovery of patients' condition and consolidate the treatment effect,but also has great economic and social benefits,which is worth popularizing.
