Clinical Study On The Effect Of Small Needle Knife Combined With Cervical Vertebral Manipulation In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis And Pain

Objective:To explore the small needle knife combined with cervical vertebral manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and pain for the clinical curate effect and its safety,and then to provide a clinical basis for the best science f'or future clinical applicati on..Methods:Firstly,the data were searched and the diagnostic criteria for various types of cervical spondylosis were established.Then,according to the criteria,60 patients were collected in the process of outpatient follow-up and divided into two groups according to the random principle.The trea.tment group was treated with small needle knife combined with "wall push-ups"cervical spine exercises.Small needle knife operation once a week,4 times for a course of treatment.Vertebro-exercise 3 times a day,50 times each time,28 days for a course of treatment.The control group received conventional acupuncture therapy,the treatment was once every other day,14 times for a course of treatment,both groups were treated for 28 days.Before and after treatment,to observe the cervical spine pain.Record the data,calculate its T and P values,analyze its efficiency,and make a good comparison,draw conclusions,summarize the mechanism of action and shortcomings.Results:After a course of treatment,the statistical data were classif'ied and calculated.The results showed that the overall effective rates of the two groups were 96.7%and 83.3%(P=0.007),respectively.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance.It showed that the combination of needle-knife and "wall push-up" cervical exercises had its own strong advantages in the treatment of cervical spondylosis pain compared with conventional acupuncture.Conelusion:Small needle knife curative effect on treatment of cervical spondylosis,clinical operation is simple,short treatment time,treatment is not long,and accepted by a lot of cervical spondylosis patients,Wall push-ups'" of cervical spine operation,the method is simple,the effect is clear,by the majority of patients with cervical spondylopathy,both together,effect is complement each other.Small needle knife can help patients in a timely and effective manner to ease tension,cramps,adhesion of soft tissue,ease due to the sufferings of cervical spondylosis patients,the wall push-ups cervical vertebra operation can break small needle knife therapy,further relax the neck soft tissue,so that when the small needle knife release further relaxation of soft tissue,to consolidate curative effect,after the joint can effectively and increase the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.
