Under the background of the national strategy of providing all-round and full-cycle health services for residents,the focus of China’s medical and health reform has gradually shifted to optimizing the allocation of medical resources and establishing a graded diagnosis and treatment service system.In order to better adapt to the national reform situation,various regions have begun to explore medical groups one after another.For example,Shanghai Ruijin Hospital established a medical group as early as 2000,which provided a lot of valuable experience for the establishment and development of other medical groups.The formation of a medical group is conducive to taking advantage of the scale effect of the group,attracting residents to seek medical treatment,and expanding the market share and influence rate of the group.In order to coordinate and optimize regional medical and health resources,promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources,and promote the rapid improvement of the medical service level in Nanshan District,Nanshan District Medical Group came into being.This study uses system theory,public product theory,and regional health planning theory as guidance to give a basic interpretation of the development status,goals,and significance of China ’s medical groups;using literature research methods,case investigation methods,and qualitative investigation research methods to studyShanghai Ruijin Hospital Based on the development experience of the Group and Zhenjiang Rehabilitation Medical Group,it focuses on the analysis of the development model of Shenzhen Nanshan Medical Group,briefly introduces the background and development environment of Nanshan Medical Group,explains the highlights and operational results of Nanshan Medical Group,summarizes the difficulties encountered in the development process,and Corresponding solutions,summed up several experiences that can be referenced by other regional medical groups: First,strengthen the leading role of the government,strengthen government policy norms,financial support,and law enforcement supervision;Second,standardize the "two-way referral,graded diagnosis and treatment" path To form a rationally graded diagnosis and treatment system;the third is to strengthen the group ’s public health capacity and improve the public health service system;the fourth is to improve the medical level of grassroots community health service institutions and the overall level of the medical group;the fifth is to establish a comprehensive information system to establish information Sharing Center,promote the transformation of health services model;Sixth,strengthen the propaganda,changing concepts personnel,the formation of the group culture,strengthen trust in employees and residents group identity.This article concludes: First of all,the establishment of Nanshan Medical Group has achieved obvious results,which has a positive effect on improving the efficiency of resource utilization,enhancing the medical experience of regional residents,controlling medical expenses,and solving medical problems.The development model of this medical group is It is worth learning;secondly,in order to ensure thepublic welfare of the medical group,the development of the medical group needs the government to lead and provide a variety of forces to support;finally,the medical group is still new in China,and the development model has yet to be improved.Sex medical groups need to form their own unique management system,assessment standards,etc.The innovation of the research is reflected in: The research on Nanshan District Medical Group is a case study,and other medical groups can refer to the problems and solutions encountered in the development.The second is that there are currently few studies on regional medical groups,and some are also theoretical studies,which make up for the lack of research in this area.
