Estimation And Influence Factor Analysis Of Two-way Referral Transaction Cost In Medical Group

Through the collection and arrangement of two-way referral data of tangshan R medical group,the basic operation of two-way referral within the group was understood.The standard,process and transaction cost of two-way referral of the medical group were investigated on the spot.By using transaction theory to analyze the two-way referral transaction cost of R medical group,SPSS and EViews software are used to process and analyze relevant data,analyze the trend of two-way referral transaction cost and predict the future trend of transaction cost,and determine whether the four assumptions established are valid,so as to determine the influencing factors of transaction cost.Finally,the advantages of implementing two-way referral in medical groups in reducing transaction costs are put forward.Literature analysis was used to collect the literature on two-way referral and transaction theory of medical groups in recent years to understand the relevant research status at home and abroad.The data of two-way referrals,income and transaction costs of R medical group from January 2016 to June 2017 were compared and analyzed with the comparative analysis method.Conducted an in-depth on-site investigation of R medical group and consulted relevant departments about the operation of two-way referral,and collected relevant data from January 2016 to September 2018.Using exponential smoothing method and Johansen co-integration test,this paper analyzes and predicts twoway referral transaction costs of R medical group,proves whether there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between two-way referral income and transaction costs,and finds out the factors affecting transaction costs.The research on two-way referral transaction costs of R medical group shows that the number,income and transaction costs of two-way referral are on the rise,and there is a weak long-term equilibrium relationship between two-way referral income and transaction costs.Three of the four hypotheses agree with the conclusion.Through data analysis and hypothesis,it is found that there are three factors influencing transaction costs: division of labor,transaction system and information management.More complete division of labor and higher specialization make more and more potential transactions possible and affect the scale of two-way referral transaction costs.The development of medical group,the play of management function,the perfection of property right system and the formation and development of credit system affect the transaction cost of two-way referral of medical group.Information management can reduce the loss of choice and waiting time,increase the channels of information communication,and thus affect transaction costs.It is easier for medical groups to promote the deepening of division of labor,improve the existing transaction system and improve the information sharing network platform.Figure13;Table12;Reference 57.
