Clinical Research Of Curative Effect On Knee Osteoarthritis With Cold And Dampness Syndromes Treated By Chuanqiangchubi Decoction

Objective: This studies the therapeutic effect and safety of sichuan qiang chubi decoction in the treatment of the rheumatoid arthritis.Method: All of the cases were from department of rheumatology,on the basis of into the standard of strict selection,collected in accordance with knee osteoarthritis and dialectical for cold dampness bizu,a total of 60 patients,randomly divided into treatment and controlof two groups.Each group had 30 cases.Basic treatment: both groups were given non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,chlorfenac tablets,100 mg each time,1 times per day.Treatment group: to give sichuan qiang the oral administration,each dose of 300 ml,100 ml/time,2times/day.Control group: give the grandmaster tablets oral,0.9g each time,3 times/day.One course of treatment was observed in 14 days,and the changes of the two groups were observed and the related data were recorded.Result: The two groups before treatment of age,sex and TCM syndrome integral,tongue,moss,pulse condition,health questionnaire scale scores,WOMAC osteoarthrosis,joint pain intensity grading index score,had no obvious difference(p > 0.05),between groups is balanced.After treatment in the two groups of tongue,moss,pulse condition,health questionnaire scale scores and TCM syndrome integral,WOMAC osteoarthrosis index score,joint pain intensity scale compared with before treatment,all have significant difference(p <0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group;The comparison between the two groups was significantly different(p<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The efficacy of knee osteoarthritis was determined: the effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,the control group was 60%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05),and the efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;The efficacy of TCM syndrome: the effective rate of treatment group was 100%,the control group was 66.67%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;The efficacy of joint pain was determined: the effective rate was93.33% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05),and the efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Experimental study shows that sichuan qiang except bi bi(knee osteoarthritis of knee soup cold dampness bizu card a significant therapeutic effect,but not seen in the process of treatment of adverse reactions and side effects,can be used as a certification for knee(knee osteoarthritis)and dampness bizu certificate effective policing method and drug use.
