Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Cold And Dampness Obstruction Type By Combined Oralapplication Of Gubitongxiao Granule And Xiaoyujiegu Powder

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cold dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis by oral administration of Gubitongxiao granules combined with external application of Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder in the early and middle period.To provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis caused by cold and dampness obstruction,and to seek a new and reliable treatment scheme for knee osteoarthritis in the future.Methods: By collecting the patient’s medical history,perfecting the relevant physical examination and auxiliary examination,making sure the diagnosis of the patient,and then selecting 80 cases of cold and dampness arthralgia type knee osteoarthritis according to the inclusion standard of this subject,80 patients were randomly divided into two groups by SPSS21.0 statistical software.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Guitongxiao granule and Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder(treatment group),and the control group with glucosamine hydrochloride and capsaicin(control group).All the patients were treated as prescribed for 4 weeks.The VAS pain score,osteoarthritis index,serum TNF-α level and clinical efficacy were recorded in each group.The final conclusion is obtained by comparing SPSS21.0 software with statistical analysis.Results:1、The age,sex,course of disease,stage,VAS pain score before treatment and serum TNF-α level of the two groups were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software,and the results showed that further study could be carried out.2、The VAS score before and after treatment and the serum TNF-α level in both groups were tested with SPSS21.0 statistical software for paired samples(P < 0.05),which indicated that all the patients in each group achieved significant therapeutic effect after treatment.3、The VAS pain score and WOMAC osteoarthritis index of the two groups were evaluated after treatment.The level of serum TNF-α was statistically analyzed by SPSS21.0 software: The VAS pain score and the serum TNF-α level were P < 0.01 and P < 0.05 respectively,which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of osteoarthritis index(P < 0.01)and serum TNF-α level(P <0.05).4、The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by SPSS21.0 statistical software.The results of rank sum test showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in combination with the cure rate of the patients.Conclusion: The application of glucosamine hydrochloride orally combined with capsaicin external application and modified Gubi Tongxiao granule combined with external application of Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of cold and dampness obstruction type can obtain obvious curative effect.But Jiawei Gubitongxiao granule combined with Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder has better curative effect than glucosamine hydrochloride combined with capsaicin in the treatment of cold dampness obstruction knee osteoarthritis.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
