Objective: To observe the short-term clinical efficacy of divergent shock wave in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and to explore the clinical value of this therapy in order to provide a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: From March 2019 to January 2020,90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were treated in the outpatient department of Orthopaedics and rehabilitation medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into three groups: group A was treated with divergent shock wave, group B was treated with computer intermediate frequency treatment instrument, group C was treated with oral diclofenac sodium double release enteric coated capsule,30 cases in each group The observation period is one week.Patients in group A were instructed to take a sitting position during treatment, and selected the affected side of the cervical spine,Jianjing,Quchi,Waiguan, and Hegu as the conventional treatment points and Ashi acupoint for shock wave treatment. The treatment was performed once every other day for a total of 3treatments;Group B selected the same conventional acupoints and Ashi points as group A,and placed electrode pads on the selected points for treatment, once a day,a total of 5 treatments, each treatment for 20 minutes;Group C took diclofenac orally after lunch Nashuang double-release enteric-coated capsules, once a day,1 capsule each time, for 5 consecutivedays. The Northwick Park Neck Pain Scale(NPQ),Mc Gill Pain Scale(MPQ),and Hospital Anxiety Scale(HAS)were used as evaluation indicators at the time nodes before the first day of treatment, after the first day of treatment, and after the end of the course of treatment. And the data obtained were statistically processed with SPSS20.0.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the baseline conditions of the three groups of patients before treatment such as gender, age, course of disease and symptom scores before treatment(P> 0.05),which was comparable.(2)Comparison of scores within the group: The NPQ score,MPQ score and HAS score of the three groups of patients were statistically significant before the first day of treatment and after the first day of treatment, before the first day of treatment and after the end of the course of treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that all three interventions have an improvement effect on CSR pain symptoms and patients' anxiety.(3)Comparison of scores between groups: The NPQ score,MPQ score and HAS score of the three groups of patients were compared after the first day of treatment and after the end of the course of treatment. The difference in scores between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05);further groups The comparison between the two shows that after the first day of treatment, the difference between the scores of group A and group B,group A and group C is statistically significant(P <0.05),compared with the scores of group B and group C No statistical significance(P> 0.05);after the course of treatment, the scores of group A and group B,group C and group B were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the scores of group A and group C were compared,The difference is not statistically significant, suggesting that on the first day effect, the divergent shock wave is more significant in reducing the pain of CSR and improving the anxiety ofpatients;in the short-term effect, the divergent shock wave and oral drugs are effective in reducing the pain of CSR and The effect of improving patients' anxiety is the same.(4)Comparison of overall curative effect: the marked cure rate of group A was 86.67%;the marked cure rate of group B was 63.33%;the marked cure rate of group C was 96.67%.The comparison of the marked cure rates of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Further comparison shows that the overall efficacy of Group A and Group B,Group C and Group B is statistically significant(P <0.05),suggesting that divergent shock waves and oral drugs can reduce CSR pain and improve The overall curative effect of patients' anxiety is better than that of computer intermediate frequency;the overall curative effect of group A and group C is not statistically significant(P> 0.05),suggesting that although the apparent cure rate of oral drugs is greater than the divergent shock wave,it is divergent The overall efficacy of the blast shock wave is close to that of oral drugs. Conclusions: 1.The three types of divergent shock wave, computer intermediate frequency and oral diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules can alleviate the pain of CSR and improve the anxiety of patients in a short period of time.2.The first-day effect of divergent shock wave on reducing CSR pain and improving patients' anxiety is more significant, safe and reliable, with low side effects, and higher patient compliance, which is worthy of clinical application.
