Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy patients treated by rou and bo the pain point of jiaji matching with traction therapy. Methods:According to the State Drug Administration issued a "Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy of standard" diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis, Wuhan Hospital of the outpatient and inpatient massage in July 2009-April 2011 treatment of 120 patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy included in the study. All the cases were randomly divided into treatment group (massage with traction), control group (Acupuncture combined with traction), every 60 cases in each group.Treatment time and frequency of the two groups are the same, Once a day, a six-day rest,a course of 14 days. Observe clinical efficacy of every group, and the accumulate points of symptoms and signs and pain points was measured before and after treatment.Results:120 patients,112 patients completed the whole course of treatment,8 patients dropped out.1. Comparison of the overall effect:Before treatment, comparison the sex, age, illness and disease duration, no significant difference (P>0.05), Shows comparable between the two groups. Efficiency of the two groups was 100%, No difference, Shows effect of treatment in both groups are effective, but comparison the effective rate of the observation group with the control group, there were significant differences (x 2= 4.193, P= 0.041<0.05). shows the efficiency of the observation group was better than the control group.2. Comparison of symptoms and signs points:Before treatment, comparison the symptoms and signs points between the Observation group and the control group, no significant difference (F=0.143, P=0.706>0.05), Shows comparable between the two groups. The clinical observation group symptoms and signs were compared with those before treatment points, there were significant differences (t=28.715, P=0.000<0.05);he clinical control group symptoms and signs after treatment points were compared with those before treatment, there were significant differences (t=37.697, P=0.000<0.05), shows Observation group and control group that can improve cervical spondylosis of nerve root signs and symptoms. But the observation group and control group before treatment after treatment and compared the difference, Statistically significant(F=26.057, P=0.000<0.05), shows Observer Group in improving nerve root type cervical spondylosis terms of clinical signs and symptoms than the control group.3. Comparison of pain scores:Observed before the treatment group and control group to compare pain scores, no significant difference (F=1.755, P=0.188>0.05), Shows comparable between the two groups. Observation group pain scores after treatment compared with that before treatment, there were significant differences (t=52.574, P=0.000<0.05); Control group, pain scores after treatment compared with that before treatment, there were significant differences (t=35.751, P=0.000<0.05), shows both Observation group and control group that could play a relieve nerve root type cervical spondylosis the role of pain. But the observation group and control group before treatment after treatment and compared the difference, Statistically significant (F=0.070, P=0.027<0.05), shows that the observation group in reducing cervical nerve root pain is better than the control group. Conclusion:The curative effect in treatmeng of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy by rou and bo the pain point of jiaji matching with traction therapy is effective, it is worth promoting.
