| Objectives To observe the clinical curative effect and short-term recurrence rate among prick-bloodletting and cupping combined with add or minus jinhuang power mask,which originated from the?Orthodox Manual of External Diseases?written by Chen Shigong in the Ming Dynasty,prick-bloodletting and cupping and add or minus jinhuang power mask in treatment of patients with acne vulgaris.Hoping to provide a new therapyinstant effect,side effect less,low recurrence rate-for clinical treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 126 cases of acne vulgaris who came from the people's liberation army 982 hospital outpatient clinic during May 2017 to December 2018 were divided into the treatment group of prick-bloodletting and cupping with add or minus jinhuang power mask,control group?of prick-bloodletting and cupping and control group?of add or minus jinhuang power mask(n=42 for each group)according to random grouping method.Three group were treated 8 weeks.Finally,changes of effect indexes from beginning to end treatment and short-term recurrence rate among three groups were compared.All clinical date were entered into computer and analyzed using SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results 1 There were no significant differences in the sex,average age,average course of disease,composition of syndrome type,grading of lesion severity,average scores of skin lesions before treatment and number of various types of skin lesions(P>0.05).2 Comparison of the severity of skin lesions: After 8 weeks of treatment,due to lack cases of mild and severe acne vulgaris,so which were not analyzed.70.00% of apparent healing rate of treatment group's moderate acne vulgaris was evidently higher than 51.72% of those in control group?and 31.04% of recovery rate in control group?(P<0.05).3 Comparison of skin lesion score: After treatment,skin lesion score in three groups were all down,which showed that all three methods could improve facial lesions(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment respectively,the difference of mean value about skin lesion among the three groups about average score of lesions was remarkably significant(P<0.05).so the treatment group showed better advantages than the other two control groups.4 Comparison Chinese medicine symptom score: After 8 weeks of treatment,in the treatment group,difference of mean value of Chinese medicine symptom score(16.93±3.91),those of the control group?(10.73±3.75)and(13.79±2.34)in control group?,that the difference of Chinese medicine symptom score among three group was outstanding significant(P<0.05).5 Total efficiency comparison: After 8 weeks of treatment,the difference about total efficiency comparison of three groups was statistically notable(P<0.05),and the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than that of the control group?(75.00%)and control group?(81.57%).5 Comparison short-term recurrence rate: It showed that the short-term recurrence rate in treatment group was clearly lower than the other two control group(P<0.05).6 Comparison the side effect: The three groups of side effect happened rarely and had mild symptoms(P>0.05),so this subject was certainly safe.Conclusions 1 Prick-bloodletting and cupping combined with add or minus jinhuang power mask can treat the acne vulgaris effectively.2 The combined therapy not only can improve the skin lesions and Chinese medicine symptom but also regulates the inner physique.3 In terms of short-term recurrence rate,the treatment group has more advantages than the other two groups.The untoward reaction occurrence of the three groups is high.4 Last but not least,the therapy that the clinical effect of Prick-bloodletting and cupping combined with add or minus jinhuang power mask is safety,high efficiency and low recurrence rate for popularization and application in clinic.Figure0;Table14;Reference82... |
