Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the method of Qingre Lishi detoxification in the treatment of children's infectious mononucleosis with damp-heat syndrome,to understand the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of this disease, and to provide a new direction and thinking for the treatment of this disease. Methods:The observed cases are all from the children diagnosed as infectious mononucleosis damp-heat syndrome in the pediatric outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Southwest Medical University from September 2017 to February 2019.According to the principle of random control,70 children who met the research standard were divided into two groups(control group and treatment group),35 cases in each group. The control group was given intramuscular injection of recombinant human interferon ?1b for injection on the basis of general treatment, while the treatment group was given oral administration of Ganlu Xiaodu Pills on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 5 days and followed up for 3 days.During this period, the main clinical manifestations,TCM symptoms and signs score and the changes of main laboratory tests of the two groups were recorded in detail. Finally, all the collected data are sorted out,and statistical analysis is carried out through the comparison between groups and the comparison within the group itself to draw a conclusion.Results:1.Compared with the total clinical effective rate of the two groups of children, the treatment group(91.43%)was significantly higher than the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The total therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms and signs(85.71%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the individual TCM symptoms and signs score and the total score of the two groups of children before and after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group can better improve the TCM symptoms and signs, especially the improvement of tongue coating, the difference is significant(P <0.00).3.The main clinical manifestations(fever, angina, lymphadenopathy, ingestion, tongue coating, etc)and laboratory indexes(ALY,WBC,T lymphocyte subsets)in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.35 children in the treatment group and 35 children in the control group did not fall of,and no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion:Using Qingre Lishi detoxification to treat children's infectious mononucleosis with damp-heat syndrome can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and has clinical popularization value. At the same time,it also proves that the treatment of this disease by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine is worthy of further study.
