| Purpose: The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Lishi Fucong Decoction in the treatment of 60 cases of low frequency sensorineural dampness heat syndrome and to verify the therapeutic effect of Qingre Lishi Fucong decoction.Acoustic nerve deafness dampness provides a strong scientific argument.Methods: A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed as having low-frequency acoustic deafness and damp-heat syndrome were selected from the Department of Otolaryngology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2017 to 2018.The appropriate subjects were randomly divided into two groups.In group 30,oral Qingre Lishi Fucong Cong Tong Ginkgo biloba extract injection was given intravenously;in the control group,30 cases were given Ginkgo biloba extract intravenously.Both groups were treated with 14 days of medication.Changes in clinical symptoms were observed 14 days later,and the results were recorded and statistically analyzed.All data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.Of the 60 patients with low-frequency sensorineural deafness and dampness syndrome,17 were male(28.33%)and 43 were female(accounting for 71.67%).This suggests that low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss The incidence of females in damp heat syndrome patients is much higher than that of men.2.Among the patients' age of onset,there were 11 patients <30 years old(18.33%),37 patients aged 30-50 years(61.67%),and 12 patients >50 years old(20.0%).According to the above analysis,it is suggested that the middle-aged and young people aged 30-50 years are the age group with low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss.In the control-affected ears,there are 60 patients and 61 ears,of which 27 patients suffer from left ear disease.There were32 patients with right ear disease and only 1 patient with binaural disease,suggesting that the disease is susceptible to single ear disease and very few patients with binaural disease.3.Observed that in the aspect of hearing efficacy,30 patients in the treatment group,of which 12 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,5 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,2 cases were absent,and the total effective rate was 76.67%;In the group of 30 patients,7 cases were cured,4 cases were effective,8 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,1 case was detached,and the total effective rate was 63.33%.According to Chi-square test,P<0.05.The use of the Qingre Lishi Fucong decoction group was superior to the Western medicine treatment control group in terms of dominance and total efficiency.4.Observed that in the improvement of concomitant symptoms,in the two groups of patients after 14 days of treatment,it was found that the Qingre Lishui Fucong Decoction group had excellent results in the symptoms of bulging sensation in the ears,tiredness,tiredness,heavy limbs,dry mouth and other symptoms.In the control group,the curative effect(P<0.05);while in the tinnitus symptoms,the curative effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: For the treatment of low-frequency sensorineural phlegm-heat syndrome,Qingre Lishi Fucong Decoction has a remarkable curative effect,and it has a significant effect in improving the symptoms of ear swelling sensation,dysphoria,heavy limbs,dry mouth bitterness and other symptoms.Promote application value. |
