| ObjectiveThrough the clinical study of Jiawei Huazhuo Decoction in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children,the clinical effect of Jiawei Huazhuo Decoction on the disease was observed;and the method of treating infectious polynucleosis in children more effectively was sought.MeathodsA total of 60 children who met the criteria were included in the study.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the parents' willingness.The control group and control group were each 30 cases,and the control group was detached.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Huazhuo Decoction.Ciclovir intravenous drip therapy,the course of treatment was 7 days,after statistical analysis,the clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory indicators(total white blood cells,percentage of lymphocytes,proportion of atypical lymphocytes,liver function ALT)before treatment.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05),which was comparable.After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were recorded,and the clinical efficacy and laboratory examination indexes of the children were observed.The treatment group(plus Weihuazhuo Decoction group)And the control group(ganciclovir group)for clinical research and analysis of statistical results.Results1.Baseline data evaluation:After T test,chi-square and rank sum test analysis,the general data(sex,age,total number of white blood cells,percentage of lymphocytes,proportion of atypical lymphocytes,liver function ALT)of the two groups before treatment were comparable.(P>0.05).2.By observation and comparison,the treatment group and the control group were effective in improving angina and lymphadenopathy in children,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;the treatment group and the control group improved the liver enlargement of the child.It has curative effect,and there is no significant difference between the two groups in improving the overall curative effect of liver enlargement in children;the effect of the control group is significant for the recovery of splenomegaly,but the curative effect of the treatment group is not obvious.3.By comparing the ratio of peripheral blood atypical lymphocytes and liver function ALT in the two groups after treatment,according to statistical analysis,there were significant differences,indicating that the proportion of atypical lymphocytes and liver function ALT in the treatment group recovered better than the control group.4.The two groups had curative effect on the total score of clinical symptoms after treatment,and there was no statistical difference.However,in the evaluation of curative effect,among the treatment group,12 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 1 case was invalid,so the total effective rate was 96.7%;in the control group,7 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 75.9%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.ConclusionThe use of Jiawei Huazhuo Decoction and western medicine ganciclovir antiviral treatment can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of infectious mononucleosis in children.Jiawei Huazhuo Decoction can improve symptoms such as angina and lymphadenopathy in children.The effect of promoting the proportion of peripheral blood atypical lymphocytes and liver function ALT recovery was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group in improving the overall curative effect of liver enlargement,and the treatment group was in the spleen enlargement of the child.The curative effect is not obvious,but the treatment group is obviously superior to the control group in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis.Therefore,the Chinese medicine Jiawei Huazhuo Decoction is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children. |
