ObjectiveThis study by observing the Qing Wen decoction combined with westernmedicine antiviral treatment in68cases of children withinfectious mononucleosis (reduchishen type) clinical efficacy, explore the clear warm mixture in the treatment of children withinfectious mononucleosis (reduchishen type) of the actionmechanism and clinical advantages.Method68cases of infectious mononucleosis in April1,2010-2013yearin March1st Wuhan children’s Hospital of traditional Chinesemedicine and Western medicine combined with inpatient departmentwere hyperplasia (reduchishen type) were randomly divided into twogroups,36cases in observation group,32cases in the control group.Analysis of packet by statistics, the two groups in the clinicalsymptoms, signs and biochemical indexes (liver function, atypicallymphocytes in the peripheral blood, the proportion of peripheralblood T cell subsets of CD4+, CD8+and their ratio) had nosignificant difference, comparable. Two groups of children in thesame Western Medicine (ganciclovir) antiviral therapy andsymptomatic treatment on the basis of the observation group, with clear warm mixture treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of twogroups, and the treatment results were analyzed.Statistical analysis methodData were analyzed by SPSS17.0software. Count data using X2testmethod, measurement data using t test, rank test data using Riditmethod.ResultThe treatment group of36cases of children in the clinical symptoms(fever, angina, swollen lymph nodes, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly)recovery and related biochemical indexes (liver, peripheral bloodlymphocytes, specific proportion of peripheral blood T cell subsetsof CD4+, CD8+and their ratio) recovery was higher than in thecontrol group32cases have significant differences (P<0.05).Prompt treatment temperature and mixture combined with westernmedicine anti-virus infectious mononucleosis (reduchishen type)clinical efficacy was better than western medicine antiviraltherapy (P<0.05)ConclusionThis research shows that: the temperature of mixture combined withWestern Medicine (ganciclovir) antiviral treatment in childrenwith infectious mononucleosis (reduchishen type) clinical curativeeffect is better, can be further applied.
