Clinical Observation Of Qingre Lishi Huayu Recipe In Treating Damp-heating And Stasis-type Stasis Dermatitis

Objective:Self-made Qingre Lishi Huayu Recipe in the treatment of hydrolyzed phlegm-stasis type dermatitis,and observed the symptoms of dermatitis before and after treatment,European five-dimensional health scale(EQ-5D)score,skin disease quality of life index score(DLQI)and Clinical efficacy,to explore the clinical efficacy of Qingre Lishi Huayu Recipe in the treatment of hydrolyzed phlegm and stasis type dermatitis.Methods:The study cases were all from March 20 to January 2019,Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,dermatology and vascular surgery patients with dermatitis,a total of 60 patients,according to the random number table,according to the patient's order of treatment,randomly divided into The treatment group and the control group,including 31 patients in the treatment group and 29 patients in the control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Qingre Lishi Huayu Recipe,and apply it to the provincial self-developed scutellaria cream for external use.3 times a day,applied to the surface of the skin lesions for a total of 8 weeks.Patients in the control group were given oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets once a day for 5 mg each time for 8 weeks,and topical jaundice ointment was used.The external application method and treatment course were the same as the treatment group.The scores of cutaneous dermatitis symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,the European five-dimensional health scale(EQ-5D)score,the skin disease quality of life index score(DLQI)and clinical efficacy.Results:(1)At 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores and total scores of stasis dermatitis in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 weeks of treatment,the swelling and pruritus scores of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but in the comparison of erythema,scale,sputum,pigmentation and total score with the control group.In comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 8 weeks of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the total scores of erythema,swelling,sputum,hyperpigmentation,itching,and dermatitis in the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group improved better than the control group,but there was no significant difference in the scaly score between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients had significant improvement in mobility,self-care ability,daily living ability,pain/discomfort,anxiety/depression and EQ-5D total score compared with the same group before treatment.Statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment for 8 weeks,patients in the treatment group were superior in mobility,daily living ability,pain/discomfort,anxiety/depression,and EQ-5D total scores.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).At 8 weeks of treatment,the EQ-VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the EQ-VAS score improved better than the control group.Statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)At 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the DrLQI scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,at the 4th week of treatment,the treatment group and There was no significant difference in DLQI scores between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).At 8 weeks of treatment,the DLQI score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In the treatment group,the patient recovered in 3 cases,markedly effective in 14 cases,effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,with a total effective rate of 83.87%.In the control group,1 case was cured,7 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 72.41%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed by rank sum test.The results showed that the clinical efficacy distribution was statistically different(Z=-2.022,P=0.043).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:In this study,we used self-made Qingre Lishi Huayu Recipe to treat patients with hydrolyzed phlegm and stasis type dermatitis.From the results of the study,it was found that the proposed Qingre Lishi Huayu Recipe can significantly improve the clinical symptom score of patients with dermatitis dermatitis at 8 weeks of treatment.The patient's healthy quality of life and quality of daily life were better than the oral western medicine group.
