The Research Of The Case Of Professor Zhou Xiaohong Treating Functional Dyspepsia Based On Data Mining

Objective:To offer a scientific reference for Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia,taking professor ZHOU xiaohong's diagnosis and treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia as the research object,and analyzing the core prescriptions and compatibility rules of professor ZHOU xiaohong's treatment of functional dyspepsia were studied by using data mining and complex network system.Method:Collecting and sorting the cases of functional dyspepsia,which was diagnosed and treated by professor ZHOU in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM during March 2019 and January 2020.Using data mining technology and complex network analysis system to analyze the gender,symptoms,pathogenesis,prescription medication,and to summarize results with professor ZHOU's clinical experienceResults:The male-to-female ratio of 209 patients was 1:1.36.Patients aged between 18-65 were included in this study,with an average age of 44.67±11.74 years.The main symptoms were epigastric pain(65.55%),postprandial fullness(61.24%),epigastric burning(34.49%),and early satiation(33.49%).The proportion of syndrome types from high to low spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome(32.06%),syndrome of spleen-deficiency and QI stagnation(21.53%),cold-heat complicated syndrome(19.14%),pattern of liver-stomach disharmony(16.27%),syndrome of spleen stomach deficiency cold(weak)(11.00%).The core prescriptions for the treatment of FD were honey-fried licorice root,dangshen,fried atractylodes,pinellia,scutellariae,cuttlebone,liushenqu,bupleurum chinensis,tangerine peel,coptischinensis,white peony,hawthorn,evodiarutaeus,fructus aurantii,red stem,bean shell,tuckahoe.The core drug pairs were as follows:codonopsispilosula-atractylodes,pinellia-atractylodes,atractylodes-cuttlebone,coptis-evodia.Furthermore,the core drugs and associated drug pairs were analyzed according to the five syndromes.Conclusion:Functional dyspepsia is located in the stomach,which is related to the spleen.Weakness of spleen and stomach was the cause of the FD,while stagnation of qi and dampness and heat were the main pathological factors.When the illness is repeatedly and long duration,the deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome can transform into each other,end upcold-syndrome is intertwined with heat-syndrome.The basic principle of treatment is to invigorate the spleen and stomach and normalixe the functional activities of qi.With the syndrome adjustment,disharmony between the liver and stomach should nvigorate the spleen.Heat and dampness in the spleen and stomach should take rhizomacoptidis and su leaf soup first.Cold-syndrome is intertwined with heat-syndrome should take pinellisa decoction for purging stomach-fire.Professor ZHOU's basic prescription for treating functional dyspepsia include esdecoction of four noble drugs,decoction of six noble drugs,buzhongyiqi tang,huangqijianzhong tang,sini san,xiaochaihu tang,golden cornus pill,liansu yin,two old drugs decoction and pinellisa decoction for purging stomach-fire.
