Research objective:Based on multi-angle and multi-level research on large-scale medical records,through the data mining analysis of medical records and qualitative medical interviews,Professor Zhou Zhongying's clinical experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of primary liver cancer was discussed,then form the primary disease of Zhou Zhongying Clinical plan for liver cancer.Research methods:Through the medical records of the primary liver cancer in the medical record database of the Chinese medicine master Zhou Zhongying's studio,after screening and cleaning,the data were in liver cancer,there were 218 males and 61 females,the oldest being 84 years old and the youngest being 22 years old.The average age is(54.57 ± 12.24)years old.There were 165 cases of chronic hepatitis B history,3 cases of hepatitis C history,83 cases of hepatectomy,5 cases of radiofrequency ablation,103 cases of interventional therapy,92 cases of liver cancer with liver cirrhosis,and 3 cases of liver transplantation.(2)Distribution of syndromes:There were 155 symptoms in 279 cases.The symptoms with frequency above 29 were hypochondriac pain(116),dry mouth(89),anorexia(85),Bloating(80),urinary yellow(77),fatigue(71),ascites(42),gastrectasia(37),dull complexion(34),splenomegaly(33),bulging(30).Among them,the frequency is more than 20 times,the famous doctors.From the medical records,Professor Zhou Zhongying's clinical plan for the treatment of primary liver cancer was summarized,which provided an example for the treatment of primary liver
