| Purpose: Through clinical observation, to observe the self-made huayutongjingdecoction in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis qi stagnancy and blood stasisdysmenorrhea clinical curative effect and security, and discusses its mechanism, for theclinical treatment of uterine adenomyosis qi stagnancy and blood stasis dysmenorrheaprovides an effective method.Method: Select into standard uterine adenomyosis qi stagnancy and blood stasisdysmenorrhea patients72cases, patients are between December2012and December2013in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital of department ofgynaecology clinic patients. Its average at random into two groups, the treatment groupto give the self-made huayutongjing decoction, the control group given sanjiezhentongcapsule cure. A month for a period of treatment, observation of three consecutive periodof treatment, the contrast before and after treatment in both groups of symptoms, signsand the degree of dysmenorrhea, in the case of a change statistic clinical efficacy.Result: After three courses of treatment,the two groups of patients,the treat--ment group clinical curing10cases,27.78%;Having aneffect of13cases,36.11%;Effective9cases,25%; Of no avail4cases,11.11%;The total effective rate was88.89%.In the control group,5cases were clinical cure, accounted for13.89%;8cases had marked effect,22.22%;Effective12cases,accounting for33.33%;In vain11cases,accounting for30.56%;The total effective rate was69.44%.Statistic sig--nificance was found in clinical effect between the treatment group and the con--trol group,the former was better than the latter.Conclusion: Through the clinical observation of comparative analysis, to find theself-made huayutongjing decoction treatment of uterine adenomyosis qi stagnancy andblood stasis dysmenorrhea curative effect is distinct and the application of safe andreliable, no obvious side effects and is worth popularizing in clinic. |
