| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-made Shugan Quyu Huatan Recipe combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type NAFLD.Methods:A total of 93 patients with phlegm and blood stasis type NAFLD who visited the Department of Hepatobiliary Internal Medicine of Fuzhou Second Hospital from November 2017 to July 2018 were collected and randomly divided into three groups.Group A was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules.Group B was treated with self-made Shugan Quyu Huatan Recipe.Group C was treated with Self-made Shugan Quyu Huatan Recipe combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine.The course of treatment was 3 months.The changes of liver function,blood lipid,Fibroscan(CAP),body mass index(BMI)and TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the three groups were compared respectively.To analyze the correlation between CAP and liver function,blood lipid and BMI.Results:(1)General data comparison: There was no significant difference in sex and age among the three groups(P>0.05).(2)Correlation analysis of CAP with liver function,blood lipid and BMI index: cap has a positive correlation with triglyceride(TG)and BMI index(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of liver function,blood lipid,CAP,BMI and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the three groups: There was no significant difference in the comparison of the indexes before treatment in the three groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the clinical indexes of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment.There was no significant difference in the reduction degree of clinical indicators between group A and group B(P>0.05).the reduction degree of clinical indicators in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)There was significant difference in the curative effects of TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes among the three groups(P<0.05).Among them,the curative effect of group C is better than that of group A and group B(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Self-made Shugan Quyu Huatan Recipe or polyene phosphatidylcholine therapy can relieve TCM symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis type NAFLD patients,improve liver function,regulate blood lipid,and reduce body mass index(BMI)and Fibroscan(CAP)levels.(2)Self-made Shugan Quyu Huatan Recipe combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine can significantly relieve TCM symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis type NAFLD patients,improve liver function,regulate blood lipid,reduce BMI and CAP levels,and the effect is superior to that of self-made Shugan Quyu Huatan Recipe or polyene phosphatidylcholine alone.(3)CAP is positively correlated with TG and BMI levels.Fibroscan detection combined with liver function,blood lipid and BMI can dynamically monitor the changes of NAFLD patients. |
