Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of POI Infertility,with Nourishing Yin And Tonifying Yang Decoction Combined With Femoston

OBJECTIVE:The treatment of POI infertility with nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction with combination of femoston,in order to improve the pregnancy status of primary ovarian insufficient(POI),increase the pregnancy rate,and provide treatment options.METHODS:A total of 87 POI patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 29 cases in each group.The treatment group was given nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction combined with femoston,the control group 1 was given WuBie oral liquid combined with femoston,and the control group 2 was given femoston,and three menstrual cycles of treatment was given for each group.The level of serum sexual hormones(FSH,LH,E2),AMH,transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound(OV,AFC,PSV),menstrual symptoms,TCM symptom score were observed before and after treatment in all groups.The pregnancy rate and the change of clinical effect were evaluated and analyzed after treatment.RESULTS:1.Comparison of the level of serum sexual hormones and AMH:?After the treatment,the level of sex hormones of the three groups were improved evidently and the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Among the three groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was the best,that of the control group 1 was the second,and that of the control group 2 was the lowest.?The level of AMH in the three groups increased after the treatment than the beginning,but the difference was not significant.It has no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Comparison of transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound:After the treatment,the index of transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound of the three groups had improved evidently,and the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Among the three groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was the best,that of the control group 1 was the second,and that of the control group 2 was the lowest.3.Comparison of menstrual status scores and TCM symptom scores:After the treatment,the menstrual status scores and TCM symptom scores of the three groups had improved evidently,and the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Among the three groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was the best,that of the control group 1 was the second,and that of the control group 2 was the lowest.4.The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 89.66%,82.14%,and 53.57%after the treatment.The difference between the three groups was significant(P=0.004).The curative effect of the treatment group was the best,that of the control group 1 was the second,and that of the control group 2 was the lowest.There were no cases of pregnancy in the three groups after treatment,and there was no difference in pregnancy rate among the three groups.During the follow-up of 3 months,there were 5 cases of pregnancy in the treatment group,with the pregnancy rate was 17.2%;1 case of pregnancy in the control group 1,with the pregnancy rate was 3.57%;0 case of pregnancy in the control group 2,with the pregnancy rate was 0.The treatment group can apparently increase the pregnancy rate of POI patients,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction combined with femoston can effectively improve sex hormones level and transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound levels of POI patients,significantly improve menstrual conditions,effectively relieve clinical symptoms,and significantly increase the pregnancy rate of POI patients.
