Effect Of Nourishing Kidney And Nourishing Blood Decoction On Pregnancy Outcome And Poor Ovarian Reserve Function In Patients With Sex Hormone

Objective :By observing the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing kidney and blood Yangxin Decoction on patients with kidney deficiency type of poor ovarian reserve function, to nourish the kidney and heart blood decoction on ovarian reserve function in patients with low sex hormones and pregnancy outcome, and to evaluate its safety.Methods : 150 cases of blood deficiency and kidney function in patients with low ovarian reserve were randomly divided into treatment group(A group), Chinese medicine group(B group), control group(C group), 50 cases in each group. All patients from 2013 April to 2014 August in the outpatient department of reproductive medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan TCM hospital. Group A was treated with Zishen Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of blood, B group using QUNTAI capsule treatment, C group with Femonston treatment. To observe the pregnancy rate of three group; the three groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, TCM syndrome curative effect and clinical curative effect;The three groups after treatment of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E2) and follicle stimulating hormone/ luteinizing hormone(FSH /LH), anti Mullerian hormone(AMH), inhibin B(INHB) level and the number of antral follicles(AFC).Results :(1)Three groups of pregnancy rates were 57.1%, 35.4%, 25%, A group compared with C group, the pregnancy rate of B group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Three groups of clinical efficiency were 95.9%, 79.2%, 60.4%, A group and B group, C group with clinical efficiency comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)After treatment, serum FSH, A in group FSH/LH decreased, the level of E2, AMH, INHB levels increased, compared with B group and C group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)A symptom scores after treatment was 3.24 + 1.73, effective rate was 90.4%; B group of TCM syndrome score was 4.42 + 1.87, effective rate was 61.3%; C group of TCM syndrome score was 4.55 + 1.76, efficiency of 58.3%. A group compared with B group, C group, TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome curative effect, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison between A group and B group, C group, the number of antral follicles after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zishen Yangxin Buxue Decoction can significantly improve the pregnancy rate of patients with DOR, curative effect is better than that of QUNTAI capsule and Femonston, nourish the kidney and heart blood decoction can not only improve the ovarian function, but also improve the intrauterine environment, promote embryo implantation.(2)Nourishing the kidney and nourishing blood supplementing decoction can adjust the menstrual cycle and the amount, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with DOR.(3)The nourish the kidney and heart blood supplementing Decoction to improve and restore ovarian function can decrease the level of FSH、FSH/LH、E2, increase AMH, INHB levels, increase the number of antral follicle, the role of sex hormones, and without any side effects.
