Clinical Study Of Nourishing Yin And Tonifying Yang Sequential On The Patients Of PCOS High Response With Frozen Embryo Before Transplantation Treatment

Objective:In order to study the PCOS patients with high reaction cases in IVF,with the freeze thawing cycle to avoid the recovery of ovarian function after OHSS,improve the success rate of embryo transfer,treatment with nourishing yin and tonifying yang sequential,through the observation of the freeze-thaw cycle before the endometrial thickness,type,receptivity,embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate after transplantation etc.the evaluation of Chinese medicine,frozen embryo transplantation of the auxiliary function of the patients after thawing cycle.Methods:Fifty patients diagnosised with ovarian hyperresponsiveness and received IVF in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group,a total of 30 patients,received the sequential application of"nourishing yin and tonifying yang" from the first menstrual onset after oocyte retrieval to the time that ovary restored to basic state?The control group,a total of 20 cases,received folic acid which served as the placebo to make preparation for pregnancy before transplantation.autonomy to restore ovarian function;They autonomously restored the ovarian function;After the sex hormone levels and ovarian of the two groups returned to normal state,the method of western medicine artificial cycle was given and then the patients of two groups entered the frozen embryo transfer cycle.Results:In the treatment group,the menstrual cycles was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the day of transplantation,there was no significant difference in intimal thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).When the intimal thickness was within the range of8-12,the implantation rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of type A endometrium between the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in intima embryo implantation rate of type A and B patients in two groups(P>0.05).In general,the implantation rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but compared with the control group,the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was on the rise.Conclusion:Through the analysis we conclude that the recovery of nourishing yin and tonifying yang on patients with sequential high ovarian response of ovarian function after frozen embryo period has good regulation,the monitoring parameters of ovarian and endometrial assessment of intrauterine environment,restoration of ovarian function,improve endometrial receptivity and increase embryo implantation rate,which is worthy of promotion and application.
