The Clinical Study Of Nourishing Yin And Tonifying Yang Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Type RIF

Purpose:The study is designed to observe the clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency type repeated implantation failure and investigate whether the Chinese medicine to improve the clinical outcome and its possible mechanism,is in order to provide a new research target for the treatment of this disease by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:54 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group took multivitamin one tablet daily for 3 menstrual cycles before entering the FET period,and the transplant period is kept.The treatment group was treated by herbal nourishing yin and tonifying yang on the basis of the control group for sequential 3 menstrual cycles into the FET cycle,and the transplant period is also kept.To compare two groups of TCM syndromes,sex hormone,endometrial receptivity,embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate,as well as the overall efficacy of nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction on RIF.Results:?After treatment,the symptoms of kidney deficiency,menstrual symptom scores of treatment group were much lower than before and the control group(P<0.01).?After treatment,FSH in treatment group was lower than before and the control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in E2,LH and AMH(P>0.05).?Endometrial thickness,volume,type A endometrium,PI,RI,VI after treatment in the treatment group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:Endometrial thickness,volume,type A endometrium and VI of the treatment group were higher.whereas PI was lower than the control group after remedy(P<0.05).The treatment group showed a downward trend in RI after treatment,but compared with the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).?After treatment,there were 9 cases of pregnancy,2 cases of biochemical pregnancy of the treatment group,while the control group had 4 cases of pregnancy,biochemical pregnancy in 3 cases.The treatment group's clinical pregnancy rate was 36%,embryo implantation rate was 26%,and the total effective rate was 92%.Comparatively speaking,the pregnancy rate of the control group was 15.38%,the embryo implantation rate was 9.62%,and the total effective rate was 38.46%.Conclusion:Nourishing yin and tonifying yang decoction can improve the kidney deficiency type RIF patient's clinical index including TCM syndromes,menstrual symptoms,endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation rate,reduce FSH level,and is expected to further improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
