Clinical Observation Of Ping Kang Xiao Ying Decoction Treatment Of Graves Disease And Its Effect For SFas

Objective:Observe Ping Kang Xiao Ying Decoction treating intense heart liver fire pattern in patients with Graves disease,FT3,FT4,TSH changes and improve the clinical symptoms,and to explore the mechanism of Ping Kang Xiao Ying Decoction.Its mechanism may be to adjust the content of sFas in peripheral blood,then relieve the inhibition of thyroid cell apoptosis in the treatment of Graves disease.Methods:68 cases of patients included were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group.The control group given basic treatment(ie.Methimazole 15mg,Qdpo,Propranolol Hydrochloride Tablets l0mg,Tidpo).While the Treatment group were treated with Ping Kang Xiao Ying Decoction,based on the basic treatment,daily 1 agent,300ml water frying,150ml once,Bidpo.We mensurated the FT3,FT4,TSH,peripheral blood sFas,urine routine,renal function,routine,electrocardiogram before and after 4 weeks treatment,TPOAb,TGAb,TRAb before treatment,we test the liver function every two weeks,routine blood test every week.We summarised and made Statistical analysis the clinical symptom scores in TCM before and after 4 weeks treatment.Result:1.Comparison of curative effect of TCM,P<0.05.2.Comparison of the total TCM syndrome scores,compared with the P>0.05 before and after treatment,y;The data of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment respectively,the two groups both with P<0.05.while comparing the D-value between the two groups,P<0.05.3.Comparison of individual TCM clinical symptom scores,all of them showed P>0.05;For goiter,exophthalmos,thin.The two groups were both with P>0.05.For soretongue,dizzy fatigue,insomnia and dreaminess,thirsty todrink.The two groups were both with P<0.05 before and after treatment.While comparing the D-value between the two groups,P>0.05.For the palpitation disquiet,irritability,finger tremor,bitter taste in mouth,chest and hypochondrium distending pain,polyphagia,aversion to heat.The two groups after treatment were both with P<0.05.While comparing the D-value between the two groups,P<0.05,and the mean value of the treatment group before and after treatment was greater than the control group.That the treatment group for the palpitation disquiet,irritability,finger tremor,bitter taste in mouth,chest and hypochondrium distending pain,polyphagia,aversion to heat was better than the control group.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy of Western medicine,P<0.05.5.Comparison of the FT3,FT4 and TSH changes before and after treatment in the two groups of serum thyroid hormones,P>0.05.Compared theFT3,FT4 within two groups,P<0.05;while comparing the D-value between the two groups,p<0.05.Compared the TSH within two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,;While comparing the D-value between the two groups,p<0.05.6.Comparison of the sFas in peripheral blood changes before and after treatment in the two groups of serum thyroid hormones,P>0.05.Compared the sFas in peripheral blood within two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,;While comparing the D-value between the two groups,p<0.05.7.Adverse reactions were observed,the number of adversed reactions respectively by the chi square test,P>0.05.Conclusion:1.Ping Kang Xiao Ying Decoction can significantly reduce the clinical symptom scores in TCM and improve the clinical signs and the corresponding symptoms,especialy in improving the palpitation disquiet,irritability,finger tremor,bitter taste in mouth,chest and hypochondrium distending pain,polyphagia,aversion to heat symptoms.2.Treatment of Graves disease by Ping Kang Xiao Ying Decoction can significantly reduce FT3,FT4,increase TSH.3.The level of sFas in peripheral blood can be decreased by the treatment of Ping Kang Xiao Ying Decoction,one of the mechanism may be to reduce the content of sFas in peripheral blood,so as to regulate the apoptosis of thyroid cells,then achieve the effect of treating Graves disease.
