| Objective: To probe the clinical effect and the mechanism of "QingYouYuYang" Decoction on Peptic Ulcer of damp-heat in spleen and stomach. Methods: 60 cases of P.U. were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (30 cases) was treated with "QingYouYuYang" Decoction orally. And the control group (30 cases) was treated with "Kuai Wei" tablets orally. 6 weeks were set as a course of treatment. The clinical effects were observed during the course and the follow-up survey of 6 months. Results: The treatment group got better effects than the control group in alleviating the systems, healing the ulcers up and killing HP. Conclusion: "QingYouYuYang" Decoction has an assured short-term and long-date curative effect. It is effective for Peptic Ulcer of damp-heat in spleen and stomach. |
