Literature Study On The Distribution Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Type And Syndromes In Hp Related Chronic Gastritis

Objective: Through the retrospective study of the modern literature ofHpre lated chronic gastritis,the TCM syndromes types and syndromes elements ofHprelated chronic gastritis were extracted,and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndromes and the influence of pathological types and regional differences on the distribution of syndromes and syndromes were discussed.Method: The literature on TCM syndromes ofHprelated chronic gastritis collected Full Database of Chinese Academic Journals(CNKI)?Wanfang data knowledge service platform,China Biomedical Literature Service system(CBM)and Chongqing Weipu full-text database(VI P)from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019 was searched by computer.To extract the information of TCM syndrome types,syndrome elements,pathological types and regions of patients withHprelated chronic gastritis in the literature,to establish a database by using the Excel table,to SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis,and to analyze and discuss with the theoretical knowledge of TCM.Results: 1 this study,a total of 72 articles were included,and the total number of reported cases was 16872.HPassociated cases of chro nic gastritis were 10248 and non-HPcases of chronic gastritis were 6624.There are 26 types of TCM syndrome before standardization,20 after standardization,4 elements of disease position and8 elements of disease and nature.2 The main syndromes ofHprelated chronic gastritis were:spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome(30.04%)>liver and stomach disharmony syndrome(16.39%)>spleen and stomach weakness synd rome(15.00%),stomach yin deficiency syndrome(9.22%)>liver and stomach stagnation syndrome(5.86%)>spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome(5.26%)>stagnation of stomach collaterals syndrome(5.24%)>liver stagnation of qi syndrome(5.00%)>spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome(3.47%).the number of cases of each major syndrome type ofHpand non-HPchronic gastritis were compared,and the difference of the number of cases of each syndrome type was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The syndromes ofHprelated chronic gastritis were:stomach(50.45%)>spleen(30.83%)>liver(15.68%)and meridian(3.05%).Comparison of the number ofHpand non-HPchronic gastritis syndromes,there was no significant difference in disease location liver(P>0.05),and the difference in the number of cases of stomach,spleen and meridian in disease location was statistically significant(P<0.05).The syndromes were heat(26.61%)>dampness(22.85%)>qist agnation(20.99%)>qi deficiency(14.51%)>yin deficiency(6.62%)>bl ood stasis(4.56%)>yang deficiency(3.77%)>cold(0.08%).the number of syndromes ofHpand non-HPchronic gastritis was compared,and the difference in the number of syndromes among each locus was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Comparison ofHprelated chronic atrophic and atrophic gastrit is.On the main syndromes,there was no significant difference in the number of cases between spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome,stomach yin deficiency syndrome,spleen qi deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency stagnation syndrome and spleen deficiency qi stagnation syndrome(P>0.05).Differences in the number of cases of liver-gastric disharmony syndrome,spleen-stomach weakness syndrome,spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome,stagn ation of stomach collaterals syndrome,stagnation of liver and stomach,stagnation of liver and stomach heat syndrome were stati stically significant(P<0.05).On disease location,there was no significant difference between stomach,spleen and liver(P>0.05),and the difference significant difference between meridian and meridian(P<0.05).On the element of disease,there was no significant difference in disease heat,cold,qi stagnation and yin defi ciency(P>0.05);the difference in disease dampness,blood stasis,qi deficiency and yang deficiency was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 dampness and heat of spleen and stomach,weakness of spleen and stomach,disharmony of liver and stomach,deficiency of stomach yin,deficiency of spleen and stomach qi,stagnation of stomach collaterals,deficiency of spleen and stomach,cold of spleen and stomach,stagnation of liver and qi were statisticallys ignificant(P<0.05).On disease location,differences of stomach,spleen,liver and meridian were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the element of disease,differences of disease dampness,heat,cold,blood stasis,qi stagnation,qi deficiency,yang deficiency and yin deficiency were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 Hprelated chronic gastritis main syndromes types are: spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome,liver and stomach disha rmony syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,stomach yin deficiency syndrome,liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome,stasis obstruction stomach collaterals syndrome,liver stagnation qi stagnations yndrome,spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome.2 Hp related chronic gastritis disease location syndrome in order: stomach,spleen,liver,meridian;disease syndrome in order: heat,dampness,qi stagnation,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis,yang deficiency,cold.3 There were significant differences in the distribution of syndrome types,disease location syndromes and disease syndromes ofHpand non-related chronic gastritis.4 HP related chronic between non-atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis syndrome type,disease location syndrome,disease syndrome significantly differences.5 HP related chronic gastritis in the north and south of the syndrome type,disease location syndrome,disease syndrome distribution has significant differences.
