Objective:Through the syndrome theoretical to discuss the TCM syndrome factors of chronic superficial gastritis clinical distribution, and the correlation of each gastroscopy type and Hp infection, in order to provide the objective standard of normal TCM diagnosis of CSG, with expectations to provide theoretical basis for TCM Combine with gastroscopy type to treat this Disease. Methods:According to the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Health,"Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Guidelines" ect, gastroscopy and Hp infection for diagnosis, the cases were included into the study, and registered the diagnostic information collection table, analysed by Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Certificate Research Base’s Identification System in health status. To discuss300cases of TCM syndrome factors of CSG clinical distribution, and the relationship between each gastroscopy type and Hp infection.Results:l.The lesion site syndrome of CSG:Stomach (67.33%), followed by the Spleen (42.67%), Liver (31.00%), Gallbladder (22.00%), Kidney (14.33%).2.The lesion nature syndrome of CSG:Wet (58.67%), Qi stagnation (53.33%), Sputum (50.67%), Heat (44.33%), Qi weak (34.33%), Blood stasis (26.33%), Yin weak (23.67%), Yang weak (17.67%), Indigestion (16.00%), Cold (12.33%).3.Gastric merger occurs with Wet,Heat and Qi stagnation; Spleen merger occurs with Wet,Qi stagnation and Qi weak; Liver merger occurs with Qi stagnation,Wet and Heat.4. The correlation between Increased mucus of CSG’s gastroscopy type and Sputum, Qi weak Syndrome elements is more significant. The correlation between Edema of CSG’s gastroscopy type and cold, Wet Syndrome elements is more significant. The correlation between Little patchy, Piebald, Erosive of CSG’s gastroscopy type and Heat, Blood stasis Syndrome elements is more significant. The correlation between Bile reflux of CSG’s gastroscopy type and Guts,Heat Syndrome elements is more significant. The correlation between Hp infection and Wet, Heat, Qi stagnation Syndrome elements is more significant,Wet is most obvious. Conclusion:1.The essence lesions of CSG: in the lesion site syndrome, CSG is contacted closely with Stomach, Spleen, Liver and Gallbladder. And in the lesion nature syndrome factors, excess syndrome is contacted closely with Wet, Qi stagnation, Sputum, Heat.Deficiency syndrome is contacted closely with Qi weak, ect.And the majority of syndrome element with multiple incidence, clinical from disease location disease response to the pathological nature to targeted therapy.2. The correlation between Hp infection and Wet, Heat, Qi stagnation Syndrome elements is more significant,Wet is most obvious.3.The "cold" performance of Edema is Similar to cold which we see everyday, studies also show that has a large correlation with Cold; The "red" performance of Little patchy, Piebald, Erosion performance is similar to hot which we see everyday, study can help it.This conclusion is consistent with TCM theory of five colores,in which has "White relate to cold, red relate to heat" theory. So it can further complete TCM theory observation methods of "Take classes as compared", to guide clinical treatment better.
