Objective:Extract the element units of chronic atrophic gastritis infected with Hp on the basis of the theory of syndrome factor,Contrast the "Hp infection" type with non "Hp infection" type of The crowd distribution characteristics,analyze the syndrome distribution of the chronic atrophic gastritis infected with Hp,further analyze the differences of syndrome elements in traditional Chinese at the syndrome elements distribution of research group and the control group by use of Excel 2016 office software.set up a database by the systems software of the spss18.0,use chi-square test in the enumeration data,use rank sum test in multiple sets of data level data,use the regression analysis about the research of chronic atrophic gastritis infected with the Hp.Results:1.General data distribution:① There is no significant statistical difference in the gender and age distribution between the research group and the control group.② There are different age distributions in the research group and the control group,Among them the majority with middle-aged and old,accounts for.about 84.44%,the control group in the majority with young and middle-aged people,accounts for about 62.22%;research group on the age distribution have a statistically significant.2.The characteristic of the syndrome elements distribution:① The disease syndrome elements in the research group has a reputation for Yang deficiency,qi deficiency and qi stagnation,damp and hot is given priority to,also involved in Yin deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,blood deficiency,dyspepsia,outside wind,cold,hyperactivity of yang,deficiency of essence,drinks,jin kui,solid and gas trap,gas,various disease syndrome elements distribution has the difference(P<0.05);the syndrome elements of disease location have the priority to with the stomach,liver,spleen,kidney,involved the heart,mind,bravery,lung,small intestine,large intestine,cell palace,table,Xiong Ge,each disease syndrome factor distribution has the difference(P<0.05).②The disease syndrome elements in the control group is given priority to with qi deficiency and qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,and wet,involving,dyspepsia,blood deficiency,cold,hyperactivity of yang,drinks,deficiency of essence,blood heat,gas,closed,jin kui,various disease syndrome elements distribution has the difference(P<0.05);the syndrome elements of disease location have the priority to with the stomach,liver,spleen,kidney,involved the small intestine,bravery,mind,heart,intestine,palace,lung,table,XiongGe,each disease syndrome factor distribution has the difference(P<0.05).3.The differences of the syndrome elements distribution:①"Wet" and "hot" syndrome elements has the statistical significance in disease syndrome factor distribution,which they has the significant difference(P<0.05),Other disease syndrome elements has no obvious statistical significance.② In disease syndrome elements distribution,both of them have no obvious difference.③ In terms of gastric mucosa pathological changes,both of them has no obvious statistical significance,but the distribution of both of them in the medium level of frequency is larger,inflammation in the observation group accounted for about 83.33%of the total number of cases,active in the observation group accounts for about 58.89%,atrophy in the observation group accounted for about 43.33%,intestinal metaplasia in the observation group accounted for about 32.22%,the degree of pathological differences has statistically significance.4.Related factors:Through the binary logistic regression analysis,the "Wet" and "hot"disease syndrome elements were risk factors of chronic atrophic gastritis infected with the Hp(OR value is equal to 2.038,1.722,respectively>1).Conclusion:1.Chronic atrophic gastritis infected with the Hp has no differences in gender,Prompts that gender difference does not determine Hp infection or not,From the perspective of western medicine,as a kind of infectious and foodborne diseases,Through the different transmissions such as unclean food,water,meals,all can lead to Hp infection.The difference of the distribution about the chronic atrophic gastritis infected with the Hp is associated with age,it was Distributed in the middle-aged and old,prompt the Hp infection rate was related with increased with the age,Also reflects that was a process of disease evolution progress for a long time on gastric mucosa damage caused by the Hp infection,2.Stomach,liver,spleen and kidney as the main disease of chronic atrophic gastritis,the difference of hp infection and non hp infection in the chronic gastritis is not obvious.Body fluid metabolism depends on the stomach,liver,spleen,kidney four organs normal physiological activities,the abnormalities of the spleen and stomach transport,liver main catharsis,kidney main body fluid can lead to water stagnation.Therefore,in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Hp infection in patients should pay attention to adjust the normal operation of its organs function.3.In chronic atrophic gastritis,with the "wet" and "hot" disease syndrome elements levels increase,Hp infection rate is also a corresponding increase.During the use of sterilization drugs,It is conducive to eradicate Helicobacter pylori by using Appropriately strengthen spleen resolving dampness traditional Chinese medicine.
