| Object:This study is guided by Professor Zhu Wenfeng's syndrome differentiation theory.Through clinical inspection and data statistics of CEG patients,to summarize the relevant factors of its pathogenesis and the distribution rule of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)syndromes,so as to provide certain reference significance for clinical prevention and TCM treatment to reduce recurrence.Method:A total of 285 CEG patients that met the diagnostic criteria were collected to record four diagnostic methods information and basic information such as age,sex,bad living habits,etc.According to the dialectical syndrome scale in Syndrome Differentiation compiled by Zhu Wenfeng,relevant syndrome elements were extracted to build database.SPSS 25.0 software was employed for statistical analysis to conclude the distribution rule of TCM syndrome elements and related factors of pathogenesis of CEG.Result:1.There were 125 male patients with CEG and 160 female patients in 285 CEG patients.The ratio of males to females was 1:1.28.2.The number of patients aged 41-50 was the largest,with 98 cases(34.39%);76 cases(26.67%)aged 51-60 years old;57 cases(20.00%)were 31-40 years old.3.There were up to 220 patients with bad living habits,among whom most patients had the habit of drinking or eating spicy food.4.The most erosion types were flat erosion,with 179 cases(62.81%).95 cases(33.33%)of uplift erosion;11 cases(3.86%)were mixed type.There were 256 cases(89.82%)with multiple erosions and 29 cases(10.18%)with single erosions.Gastric antrum was the most common site of erosion,with 258 cases(90.52%).Stomach angle 66 cases(23.16%);Other parts were 28 cases(9.82%).5.There were 267 patients to be extracted of syndrome elements of disease location.265 cases were located in stomach(99.25%),12 cases in spleen(4.49%)and 2 cases in liver(0.75%).The combination of disease site syndrome elements suggested that single disease site syndrome elements were dominant,255 cases(95.50%);12 cases(4.49%)had double disease syndrome elements.Syndrome elements of disease nature could be extracted from 187 patients,including 162 cases of qi stagnation(86.63%),30 cases of qi deficiency(16.04%),14 cases of yang deficiency(7.49%),8 cases of yin deficiency(4.28%),4 cases of dampness(2.14%),4 cases of food accumulation(2.14%),1 case of heat(0.53%)and 1 case of blood stasis(0.53%).The combination of disease nature syndrome elements suggested that single disease nature syndrome elements were dominant,with 157 cases(83.96%);23 cases(12.3%)of double disease site syndrome elements;7 cases(3.74%)had three or more.141 cases(75.4%)were excess syndrome.23 cases(12.30%)were mixed with deficiency and excess.Deficiency syndrome occurred in 23 cases(12.30%).6.There was a correlation between the distribution of CEG syndrome elements of disease sites and Hp infection,among which the difference was the most significant in the stomach group and the spleen group,while the distribution of disease syndrome sites had no correlation with Hp infection.There was no correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes in CEG and the sex,age,course,gastroscopy,pathology,etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The age at which patients were susceptible to chronic gastritis with erosion is 41-50,and such an age of women is slightly higher than men.According to the erosion types,flat erosion is more common than uplift erosion;erosion mainly generates in several parts rather than a single part;the susceptible parts of erosion ranked from top to low:stomach antrum,stomach angle and other parts.CEG patients are accompanied by the habit of eating spicy,sour and salty food.And a number of patients drink.Irregular diet,fatigue and mood are the inducement.The main disease site syndrome elements of chronic gastritis with erosion were stomach,spleen and liver.The combination of disease sites was mainly single disease sites.The main disease site syndromes elements are qi stagnation,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,damp,indigestion,fever and blood stasis.The combination of diseases is mainly single disease nature,The excess syndromes are more than syndrome elements of deficiency and excess inclusion or deficiency syndromes.The solid syndromes are mostly related to qi stagnation and the deficiency syndromes are mostly related to qi deficiency.The distribution of CEG disease location syndrome elements was correlated with Hp infection,and the distribution of pathogenic disease nature syndrome elements was not correlated with Hp infection.There was no correlation between the distribution of CEG syndrome elements and the course of sex,age,gastroscopy,pathology,etc. |
