Chronic Atrophic Gastritis And Hp Infection Syndrome And Syndrome Factor Distribution Correlation Studies

Objective:Chronic non-atrophic gastritis is a common disease of the digestive system, frequently-occurring disease, the incidence rate showed an increasing trend, but difficult to cure, affecting the quality of life of patients. Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis and the consolidation effect, prescription changes in the clinical studies, however, preparation is not the same, and TCM syndrome type and efficacy evaluation is still a lack of uniform understanding and standards, and the existing standard due to lack of a large sample epidemiological research data, clinical universally recognized.By epidemiological investigations and mathematical statistics, in this study to explore the TCM syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis to designate the classification and syndrome elements characteristics, infected with Helicobacter pylori (HP) positive and negative chronic atrophic gastritis cases, the syndrome and syndrome factors of comparative studies, and further explore the law of the distribution of chronic atrophic gastritis syndrome and syndrome elements, in order to help clinical research, and climate to improve the efficacy and permit standardized to provide a favorable reference.The subjects:Collected from September2011to February2012, received treatment in Dongzhimen or East Hospital Department of Gastroenterology outpatient cases of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis, medical history and symptoms, and through endoscopy and C13breath test for Hp infection or Hp-negative. HP positive and HP negative patients were respectively collected40copies.Mothods:Design Case Report Form. Collection of chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients with normal circumstances, the four diagnostic information, and C13breath test, gastroscopy, and other information, and use the the SPSS17.0Statistics software package for data processing and statistical analysis.Results:(1) The proportion of male and female patients for1:1.96,mean age was48.5, in which large number of50-59years and40to49years of age,predisposing factors for emotion is not smooth, improper diet, cold and tired, diet in patients with partial addicted to sweets, spicy, strong tea, greasy, fried-based.(2) HP positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis syndrome classification and sorting is mainly liver-stomach disharmony syndrome (twelve cases), liver-stomach heat syndrome (twelve cases)> spleen-stomach weakness syndrome (eleven cases)> stomach heat syndrome (eight cases); HP negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis syndrome classification and sorting is mainly spleen-stomach weakness (twenty-one cases)> liver-stomach disharmony syndrome (eleven cases)> syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency (eight cases).(3) HP positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis that the nature of the disease syndrome elements is mainly Qi stagnation, heat, Qi deficiency, Qi inverse, Yang deficiency, the disease site of the syndrome factors is mainly the spleen, stomach, liver; HP negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis indicates the nature of the disease syndrome elements is Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, Qi inverse, heat, Yang deficiency, yin deficiency, disease site is mainly the spleen, stomach, liver.(4) Correlation studies of syndrome distribution show that HP positive and HP negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis is not yet considered gender, age-related with the syndrome distribution...
