Clinical Obsevation Of Yunhuangsan In Treatment Of Spleen Deficient And Wet Strom Infantile Diarrhea

Objective This research objectively evaluate clinical efficacy of the professor Qin Yanhong's empirical prescription--Yunhuangsan in treatment of spleen deficient and wet strom Infantile diarrhea with the clinical observation method,provide the basis for further popularization and application.Method This research included 60 cases,which were from the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine from November 2015 to November 2016 in the outpatient department of Pediatrics in our hospital visit and meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases,treatment group was given oral Yunhuangsan,the control group was given oral smecta,and two groups were given diet and rehydration and other basic treatment.After 3 days of treatment,we observed the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment.According to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score table,the scores were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0Result1.Two groups before treatment the patient's age,gender,the degree of disease and symptoms integral there was no significant difference(p > 0.05),comparable.2.To compare the effects of two groups after treatment: treatment group 2 cases were cured,17 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%,control group 1 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,18 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%,the total effective rate of two groups after statistical treatment significant differences(p<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.3.After treatment,the two groups of main symptom integral,secondary symptom integral and total integral comparison: the total integral of the two groups of children,the main symptom integral and the secondary symptom integral were reduced(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).4.Comparison of two groups of each symptom integral after treatment: each symptom integral were lower in each group(p<0.05),two groups can improve the symptoms ofchildren.The two groups in defecate frequency,Shit character,loss of appetite,fatigue were compared,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Two groups in the aspect of spirit,complexion,there was no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05),the treatment group had similar effect with control group.Conclusion Yunhuangsan in treatment of infantile diarrhea(spleen dampness syndrome)clinical curative effect,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the research shows that the total efficiency is higher than that of the party.The Yunhuangsan group in improving defecate frequency,Shit character,loss of appetite and fatigue effect were better than the effect of smecta,which is worthy of clinical application.
