Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Liver And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) By Baimei Zhixie Decoction

Object: Through this study,to observe the mentor experience Baimei Zhixie Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(Liver and Spleen deficiency syndrome)clinical curative effect of this syndrome,to investigate the clinical characteristics of irritable bowel syndrome in Hainan area,further for diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(Liver and Spleen deficiency syndrome)in traditional Chinese medicine treatment provides an effective and safe method.Method: A randomized grouping method was applied to 60 patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(Liver and Spleen deficiency syndrome)who were also in line with Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group of 30 patients using Baimei Zhixie decoction.A total of 30 cases in the control group were given Xiaoyao Pill.4 weeks as a course of treatment.According to the TCM syndrome score table,the scores of two groups of patients were collected before and after treatment,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment were observed.After the SPSS software data processing,further analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of cases.Result:1.after a course of treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the experimental group(BaiMei Zhixie Decoction)was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group(Xiaoyao Pill)was 76.7%.The curative effect of the two groups was compared(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups of the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant,indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups.2.the scores of the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the treatment(P < 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups,indicating that the two groups had better therapeutic effects.The total symptom score difference comparison between the two groups before and after therapy(P<0.05),indicatingthat the experimental group Baimei Zhixie Decoction than the control group in the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyao pill.3.the two groups before treatment and contrast group after treatment,the two groups were able to significantly improve abdominal pain,good heave a deep sigh,defecation times,stool property,irritability(P < 0.01).The experimental group(P < 0.01)than the control group(0.01<P<0.05)in the treatment of facial expression(lethargy,depression,irritability),belching significantly improved.4.before and after treatment between the two groups the symptom score difference comparison,the experimental group for abdominal pain,stool property,irritability,belching symptoms improved better than the control group(P<0.05).The other symptoms were equal to the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: BaimeiZhixie Decoction on diarrhea in Hainan area of the irritable bowel syndrome(Liver and Spleen deficiency syndrome)patients have obvious curative effect.The clinical symptoms can be obviously improved,drug safety is good,it has good application prospect and suitable.
