Tongxie Yaofang And Suanzaoren Decoction For The Treatment Of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Liver-stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of tongxie yaofang and suanzaoren decoction on diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(ibs-d).Methods: between January 2018 and January 2019 in the xinjiang medical university during the fourth clinical medical school,spleen and stomach diseases for the VIP of the outpatient and the inpatient patients as the research object,collected in accordance with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression,spleen deficiency)diagnosis,into,out of a total of 60 patients with standard and sign the informed consent in research,30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases.For the control group with western medicine routine treatment(living bacterium bacillus subtilis 2 al enteric capsules and horse d bromide),treatment group on the basis of western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine preparations(pain s zizyphus jujube benevolence tonga subtraction),with 4weeks for a period of treatment,observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment of Bristol stool traits scale,IBS severity score and syndromes curative effect evaluation standard.Results: 1.Comparison of general clinical data between the two groups,Bristol stool trait and defecation score before treatment,IBS severity score,TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation standard score,all P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;2.2.After treatment,BriStol stool trait and defecation frequency score,ibs-sss symptom score and TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation standard score of patients in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment by paired t-test analysis.3.BriStol stool trait and defecation frequency score,ibs-sss symptom score and TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation standard score in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group by paired t-test analysis,all P <0.05,the difference wasstatistically significant.Conclusion: western medicine combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective for patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome,but tongxie yaofang and suanzaoren decoction combined with western medicine has a significant advantage over western medicine alone.
