Study On Mechanism Of Chai Gan Zhi Ji Decoction In Treating Functional Ventricular Premature Beat (Deficiency Of Both Qi And Blood)

Objective: Observation of clinical efficacy and safety of functional premature ventricular contraction treated with Chai Gan Zhi Ji Decoction(deficiency of both Qi and blood),and to Provide some direction and ideas for the treatment of Ventricular premature beats with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 72 patients(including the cases of patients determined to prevent the escaping rate of 20%)with nonorganic heart disease and Syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood were selected for prospective randomized,parallel and controlled clinical Observation.Results:TCM symptom score: after treatment TCM symptom score of both groups decreased,p<0.01,but the score in the treatment group was lower than in the control group,P<0.05,with the statistical significant results.Number of ventricular premature beats in 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram: after medication,the Number of premature ventricular contractions in the two groups decreased significantly.The effective rate of 34 patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,which were counted as 85.29% and 61.76%,p<0.05,which was shown that the results have statistical significance.Conclusions:Chai Gan Zhi ji Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional ventricular premature beats(deficiency of both qi and blood).Chai Gan Zhi ji Decoction can significantly improve the Number of premature ventricular contractions in 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram of patients with functional ventricular premature beats(deficiency of both qi and blood).
