Clinical Study Of Jiawei Guigan Longmu Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Ventricular Premature Beats (heart-yang Deficiency Syndrome)

Purpose:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of the Modified Gui Gan Long Mu decoction in the treatment of functional premature ventricular beat(inactivity of heart Yang syndrome),the theoretical basis was provided for the clinical study of TCM in the treatment of premature ventricular beat.Material and method:Sixty outpatients who met the criteria of functional frequent premature ventricular beat(inactivity of heart Yang syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate tablets.On the basis of bisoprolol fumarate,the treatment group was treated with Modified Gui Gan Long Mu decoction,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)of patients in the two groups before and after treatment and the changes of TCM syndromes were observed,and the blood,urine and stool routine,liver and kidney function changes and adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.Results: 1.Comparison of the curative effect of premature ventricular beat: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.The curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The improvement of the number of premature ventricular beat in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The improvement of TCM syndrome points in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of the curative effect of single symptom of TCM: the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the four symptoms of palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath and weakness,with significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).The curative effect of complexion,spontaneous sweating and chillness of extremities was higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4.Safety analysis: routine blood,urine and stool tests were performed before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,with no abnormalities in liver and kidney functions and no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion: 1.The Modified Gui Gan Long Mu decoction has a good effect on functional premature ventricular beat(inactivity of heart Yang syndrome).2.The Modified Gui Gan Long Mu decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients with functional premature ventricular beat(inactivity of heart Yang syndrome).3.The Modified Gui Gan Long Mu decoction has better security.
