Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yangxintang And Auricular Points In Treating Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome Of Premature Beat

Objective:Yangxin decoction has been recorded in many famous ancient books that it has certain clinical effects on the improvement of TCM symptoms in patients with palpitation of qi and blood deficiency syndrome.The auricular points selected in this experiment also have the effect of treating arrhythmia,which has been confirmed in many studies.The purpose of using the combination of the two to intervene patients with premature heartbeat is to find a new treatment method and its therapeutic effect is not inferior to or even better than western medicine treatment.The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of yangxin decoction and auricular therapy on reducing the number of premature beats(deficiency of qi and blood)and the improvement of TCM symptoms in patients.Methods:Adopt the research method of clinical observation.From February 2018 to January 2019,patients in the cardiovascular ward and outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected for treatment due to palpitation symptoms.Patients with atrial and ventricular premature beats indicated by 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets orally.The experimental group received oral yangxin decoction plus auricular therapy for four weeks.To observe the reduction of the number of premature beats of patients and the score of TCM symptoms to evaluate the effect of treatment on patients.Results:In terms of TCM syndrome score changes,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).In the treatment of the effect of premature beat,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the therapeutic efficacy grading of different premature beats.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In reducing the number of premature ventricular beats,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In reducing the number of atrial premature beats,the treatment group was no worse than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with metoprolol tartrate,yangxin decoction and auricular therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with asthenia of qi and blood in premature beats,and it is better than metoprolol tartrate group in reducing the number of ventricular premature beats,and not worse than the control group in reducing atrial premature beats.The application of yangxin decoction and auricular acupoints has no adverse reactions and obvious toxic and side effects.
