| Object:In this study,through statistical analysis of the literature research and outpatient medical records of Chaihu Plus Longguyoytang Decoction for the treatment of sleep disorders,this paper focuses on the analysis of the syndrome and rule of Chaihu Plus Longgumoyoy Decoction,which provides a comparative basis for the treatment of sleep disorders(Chaihu Plus Longgum and Oyster Soup)The standardized diagnosis and treatment plan provides reference for further research.Methods:Based on the principles of TCM theory and clinical practice,this paper makes full use of ancient and modern literature and outpatient medical case information,analyzes and summarizes medical dialectical articles and summarizes the characteristics and theories of the medical evidence.Hierarchical research,establishing Excel case table databases,using frequency statistics,golden section method and systematic cluster analysis for statistical analysis,and obtained general rules,symptom manifestations,applicable people,medication compatibility rules,pathogenesis characteristics.Results:Analysis of 122 medical cases in the literature,spring and winter are the high incidence season,accounting for 62.26% of the total number of cases,the incidence of female patients is higher than that of males,compared with 1:2.81.Age of onset is mainly concentrated in the 30-59 years,clinical manifestations frequent dreams,shock,annoyance,insomnia,full chest,constipation,cold and heat,bitter mouth,palpitations,red tongue,yellow greasy fur,coating,thin or with strings,slippery pulses.This prescription is often compatible with Yangxin anshen medicine(18.72%),Qi supplementing medicine(14.04%),Qi regulating medicine(7.02%),Huoxue huayu medicine(6.60%),Zhonzhen anshen medicine(6.60%),Qingre xiehuo medicine(6.17%),and Qingre huatan medicine(5.32%).The total frequency of plus drugs was 64.47%.Outpatient medical records supplementation of dry mouth and non-turnable side are also common clinical symptoms.Supplements to Pingyi ganyang medicine,Huoxue tiaojing medicine and Yangxue anshen medicine are also commonly used plus drugs.Patients should have physical features of medium or strong body,dark yellow or red complexion,The cluster analysis show that Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction should have three types of syndromes,Yangming syndrome,Shaoyang syndrome and Taiyin syndrome.Conclusion:1.Chaihu Plus Longguyyong Decoction for Sleep Disorder-related SyndromesMain symptoms: Dreams,shock,annoyance,insomnia,full chest,constipation,cold and heat,bitter mouth,palpitations,dry mouth,non-turnable side,red tongue,the tongue coating of thin of yellow,and pulse strings.Secondary symptoms: fullness,tiredness,but not cold,full body weight,bloating,dizziness,dry skin,dry eyes,slang,diarrhea,unfavorable urination,spontaneous sweating,chills,loss of appetite,hair loss,tinnitus,Pharyngeal phlegm,dark circles,deafness,night sweats,dark red tongue,yellow greasy fur,pulse is slippery.2.Physical characteristics of Chaihu Plus Longguyyong DecoctionMore common in middle-aged female patients,medium build or strong physique,introverted personality,dull or red face,deafness and tinnitus,dark circles,dry skin,hair loss,dry eyes,free flickering eyes,complaints are numerous and complicated,and the abdomen is hard,There is a sense of resistance,or a sense of fluctuations,the general incidence of mental stress and other incentives.3.Chaihu Plus Longguyyong Decoction prescription disease mechanismCombining theory with clinical practice,the pathogenesis of this prescription is the deficiency of positive qi and the external disturbance of evil heat,which is always a combination of Yangming,Shaoyang and Taiyin.4.Plus and subtraction applicationsThis prescription is often compatible with Yangxin anshen medicine,Qi supplementing medicine,Qi regulating medicine,Huoxue huayu medicine,Zhonzhen anshen medicine,Qingre xiehuo medicine,Qingre huatan medicine,Pingyi ganyang medicine,Huoxue tiaojing medicine and Yangxue anshen medicine. |
