Chaihu Plus Longgumuli Decoction In The Treatment Of Angina Pectoirs Of Coronary Heatr Disease Patients With Depression (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Study

Objective：To observe the effect of Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction in treatmentof angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients with depression (qi stagnation andblood stasis) the clinical curative effect. Methods：The clinical observation of Chinesemedicine research, according to the guiding principles for angina pectoris of coronary heartdisease complicated with depression in60cases of eligible (qi stagnation and blood stasistype) patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of30cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy (Deanxit);30cases in treatment group, based on routine treatment (Deanxit) combined with Chineseherbal medicine of Chaihu plus Longgumuli decoction,4weeks. Results：The treatmentgroup angina markedly effective rate of43.30%, efficiency of46.70%, the total efficiencyof90%. The efficiency of ECG was20%, efficiency of50%, the total efficiency of70%.TCM symptoms significantly the efficiency of40%, efficiency of46.70%, the totalefficiency of86.70%. Respectively, compared with the control group, there weresignificantly differences (P<0.05). The treatment group had significantly more lower TG,LDL-C, and increasing HDL-C. The SSS scale score, heart rate variability, the treatmentgroup and the control group were improved, but the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Chaihu plus Longgumuli decoction has the functions of reducingblood fat, arteriosclerosis, regulating the role of autonomic nervous function; In improvingthe symptoms of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease at the same time, can improve systemic symptoms, the patients with depression can improve depression scores, thedepression to reduce the impact on coronary heart disease.
