Study On The Improvement Of Fabric Washing Quality In Z Hospital

With the development of society and economy,people's demand for health management and medical care is increasing day by day,and their expectations and requirements for medical services are also increasing.At the same time,quality management has gradually become one of the core parts of hospital management.Because good quality management can not only help patients to achieve the needs and requirements of medical services,build a good relationship between doctors and patients,improve patient satisfaction and public health level,but also promote the development and construction of the hospital and enhance the competitiveness of the hospital.As one of the main departments of hospital logistics service and quality management,the washing quality of hospital cloth will directly affect the patients' judgment of hospital service satisfaction,medical environment and hospital quality management.Therefore,it is very important,urgent and necessary to improve the quality of cloth washing.In order to improve the quality of cloth washing,this paper adopted the following steps to study.Fristly,investigates the satisfaction of cloth washing quality and washing quality in Z Hospital,and interviews relevant experts.Secondly,the basic theory of research is determined by literature research method.Then,by means of statistical analysis and root cause analysis,the influencing factors of cloth washing quality in Z hospital are analyzed,and the corresponding quality improvement measures are formulated according to the influencing factors.Finally,Comparing the original data with the final data,we can found the satisfaction of cloth washing quality in Z hospital has been improved from 75.2% to more than 90%,the defective products have been reduced by nearly 50%,and the target rate of quality improvement has reached 140.1%.The application of TQM in the improvement of cloth washing quality in Z Hospital Washing Center has achieved good results,which not only makes up for the blank of TQM in the application research of cloth washing quality in hospitals,but also deepens the recognition of hospital managers for the application of quality management in logistics work.At the same time,through the case study on the improvement of cloth washing quality and satisfaction in Z hospital washing center,the paper summarizes the methods,steps and key points of cloth washing quality improvement in hospital washing center,which can provide theoretical guidance and reference for similar scale washing center how to use quality management theory to improve cloth washing quality.
