Study On The Application For PDCA Circulation In Hospital Quality Management

In recent years, with the gradual deepening of health care reform, the hospital management level of people's demand is higher and higher. PDCA theory the earliest application in enterprise management is proposed by American quality management expert Deming(W. Edwards Deming), in the early 1950 s work cycle of quality management, also known as "PDCA", is recognized in the field of management is one of the effective management method.This article from the PDCA cycle management mode in nursing quality management point of view of to explore the role of PDCA in the nursing management, to explore the model suitable for the road of the development of hospital management and total quality management.The study chose the mental health center of Jiangxi Province, taking the medical reform as an opportunity, the implementation of PDCA cycle in nursing quality management, strictly according to the four stages of the PDCA cycle, the implementation of nursing quality management in eight steps. The results show that the PDCA cycle model has achieved a series of fruitful results.
