In today's information age,the brand is the core competitiveness of enterprises,how to build a good brand has become an important and most important issue in the enterprise.Quality is the lifeline of the enterprise,the brand is the essence of the enterprise,to improve the quality,we must establish and improve the enterprise quality management system.So through total quality management tools such as QCC technique,can enhance the management of medical quality,meet the highest international standards of medical quality management of American JCI certification,and medical services to the highest standards of Germany TUV certification,in order to create a brand of high-end international hospital,is an important topic of the hospital brand building.Hospital brand must be established based on high quality,"the evaluation criteria of" the International Joint Commission on Accreditation of medical institutions in the United States,the standard is JCI,on behalf of the international hospital management and medical services to the highest level,the core goal is the continuous improvement of medical quality and ensure the safety of patients.The core idea of JCI is to "take the patient as the center",the focus is on the construction of the system,the hospital medical process,continuous improvement of the quality,ensure medical safety,and constantly improve the quality of medical care,reduce medical risk,ensure the safety of patients,is JCI's core values.Germany Rhine TUV Germany,German TUV is the abbreviation of "Technical Supervision Association",TUV international certification services to rigorous requirements,the trial units since the award certificate after the two years of continuous review to accept the German Rhine company,and the annual requirements will be higher than a year,if not through will cancel the certification.How to continue to improve and enhance the health care to meet these international standards,the main problems are:there is no effective improvement and continuous improvement tools,and no measures to improve the inspection.QCC has been widely used in the medical industry as an effective way to improve the quality of medical service.This paper describes how to use QCC quality improvement tools,can be JCI and TUV standard to implement perfect quality management in hospital,and make medical quality supervision and improve the rules.The establishment of QCC(Quality Control Circles)is also called the circle of quality management,quality control circles,is a part of comprehensive quality management,are members of the same nature of the work site work as spontaneous management activities of the group,through the establishment of QCC group,using the QCC application of QCC simple statistical tools when the tool(common QC and seven way)fishbone,Platon analyzed the reasons,using the Deming cycle PDCA cycle tools to develop targeted corrective measures to improve the quality of work so the cycle to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement.This paper selects the ANGEL brand hospital as research object,discussed comprehensively from the aspects of brand management and the quality of the work of the hospital continuous improvement,expounds how to use the QCC method as a quality improvement tool,through the double standards of the highest standards of international medical quality of JCI and TUV,how to use the QCC method as a quality improvement tool,a patient safety,the comfort of patients,the final cast out of the international high-end brand hospital.The results of this study also have very good reference value to other hospitals in the United States,Germany JCI certification and TUV certification standards,the use of PDCA quality improvement measures adopted QCC quality control circle,provide evaluation and reference on many aspects of the brand construction and quality management of international high-end hospital.
